Made an appointment and when I showed up the woman working there said she didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me. She was extremely rude. I hit redial on my phone and her phone started ringing. She refused to pick it up. So not only is she rude but she is a liar. Plenty of other nail shops in this area to waste time with this type of customer service.

I am rating this business 2 stars (the one additional star is only because I never had any issues with Faye) .. unfortunately I will not be returning because of the owner Dalis. The one appt I book with her due to Faye being unavailable, she completely ghosts me on day of my appt when I explained I had a wedding to attend the following day.Dalis, if you could have at least acknowledged your wrongs and apologized I would have been more understanding. Not only were you not present for my 6pm appt, you basically called me a liar on the phone when stating I only booked for eyebrow wax because you don’t do Brazilians (who knew?!). I contacted you on that Monday to book for both eyebrow AND Brazilian wax. There is no way I would have driven 45min in rush hour traffic for eyebrows only. It just would have been easier if you mentioned when I booked that you don’t do Brazilians, but you did not.This was a huge inconvenience and disappointment. Thankfully Peacock Beauty owner (around the corner) proudly accommodated me for my wax, which went great, after telling her my situation and need for services in such short notice, which I would never do.I just pray other paying/loyal customers will not have to go through this.. After 1.5yr of business, I am now stuck with having to find another nail salon, but I refuse to be treated like my money isn’t good enough!

If you would like your nails to look like they were painted by a five year old then I would recommend this place.

We have been going here for the last few months. The salon is beautifully decorated and calming. I have never had an issue with the quality of my shellac manicures. They do take their time and we have always found it to be long lasting. So far so good. We have not had to wait for our appointments. They have been timely and congenial.

I popped in for a pedicure, while waiting for a friend to finish work nearby, around 3pm on a Friday. I thought that the staff were very friendly & professional, the decor was modern, and the pedicure was as expected (massage chair, foot soak, cuticles, filing, leg massage & nail painting). They had a lot of polish options, too. The price was $35, which I found reasonable. I really enjoyed it.

Rude, unprofessional staff. Ive been there multiple times thinking maybe I just got someone on a bad day and this last time was so bad, Im done. So many other places nearby w/ better service.

Whilst the place is clean, up to date, well lit, serene ambient music and there is also the option of having a waiter from the cafe next door serve you beverages and sweets the point of this place is a good nail job. And its adequate, average.Attention to detail is not a priority, maybe because Im a heterosexual man they think I wouldnt notice or care.

The place is very quiet, with the exception of the lounge music that plays. This is a very nice place to go get your nails done, as well as massages, facials and more. Service is good and overall a good salon! Definitely would go back.

The staff did not engage with the customer. We were not offered refreshments. The staff did not seem very pleasant at all

Clean and relaxing place to get a pedicure. Me and my wife have been coming to this salon for 2 months now and we enjoy it a lot.

I took my fiance there to have 3 nails repaired, the receptionist had a funky attitude probably because I wasnt being serviced, the nail tech was nice..

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I booked my appointment for 6:00pm. On the same day they called me to ask if I could come at 5:00pm. I told them that I would call them back if I could come earlier, and to leave my appointment for 6:00 for now. On the day of the app. arrived 15 minutes earlier than 6. They say me down, took my shoes off, then the receptionist came to me in a very rude more and told me that they could not take me because they overbooked. I had to put my shoes back and leave. I am very disappointed since I had to plan my visit there and couldnt get the service done on top of her rudeness.

I will definitely not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone. A nice looking place but dont let it fool you. Service is horrible. The receptionist was very rude and nasty. My appointment was set for 5 PM and I sat with my feet in the pedicure bowl with cold water for over 45 minutes waiting for somebody. I asked to speak with the owner a few times and the receptionist ignored my request. The foot massage was terrible. Extremely overpriced Worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life.

My friends and I have been here 3 times and everytime they have hurt us. They filed my nails so short they started bleeding and they didn’t even acknowledge the fact. They also scammed us by not telling us the price difference between two polishes. I have had a bad expirence each time. Just letting people know.

Terrible experience! I went to have a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The nail tech scraped off my existing gel polish with a nail file which I have never seen or heard of before. It was painful since she repeatedly caught my cuticles with the file. It also damaged my nails since she was way too aggressive. I dont know what kind of base and to coat they used, but it took ages to get it off when I went back to my regular nail tech two weeks later. She had to soak my nails repeatedly and scrape it off bit by bit to avoid further damage to my nails. Ill NEVER go back here and do NOT recommend it at all.

I asked for an extra coat, was told I didn’t need it and then gel manicure chipped same day on multiple fingers.

Mai will be doing my nails all the time. If she is at their other location Ill go there but no one else is touching my nails but Mai

I went with 2 of my other friends and the owner did my manicure and she did a completely horrible job on my shellac manicure she completely just rushed on my manicure and my whole nail polish just peeled of the 3 day I am very disappointed I will never come here again
