I love going here for my infusions. The place is absolutely beautiful and each patient has there own room. It’s spotless and very convenient. Staff is great!

I am thoroughly impressed with PURE Infusion. The financial staff worked with my insurance carrier to get my medication approveded, leaving me little follow up to have to deal with, and were always ready and available for my every call and question, with a welcoming kind voice 💜 The care givers were excellent! Wonderful bedside manner and made sure to take time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The facility is not only welcoming, with the opportunity to have family stay with me, they also provide snacks and drinks, entertainment options, and the amenities to keep me comfortable are wonderful. I am more than pleased that I chose PURE Infusion over the hospital Infusion center.

I recently became a patient at Pure Infusion Suites. I received my first infusion and I must tell you I AM IMPRESSED! All of the staff members are top notch. They addressed my every need as if I was the only patient there. I am a real chicken when it comes to getting an IV but my fears were put to rest when the nurse, Ramona, was able to place the IV in a painless manner. She was very gentle and reassuring. I even had a visit from the Montana Arthritis Centers Rheumatology Provider, Wendy, who had ordered my infusions. Having her close by was reassuring in case I had a reaction, which I did not have. The facility is very nice. I had my own suite with ample room so that my husband could be there with me during the infusion. Lots of amenities to help me feel right at home. Grateful, that since I have these infusions every month, I can look forward to this same experience each time. No hospital infusions for this girl! Thank you Pure Infusion Suites for truly getting what the patient needs and what they want in healthcare. ❤

Best infusion center in town. The professional care is unmatched compared to the other 2 places Ive been to. Comfortable, private suites all to yourself without feeling like your in a storage closet. They will alsi bring you lunch of your choice if its a long infusion.

This team of caregivers is the BEST... their facility is new and comfortable and their staff/services are continually growing. I’m delighted to give them 5 stars. This type of healthcare facility was much needed here in Billings and in Southern and Eastern Montana. PURE has filled their niche beautifully.
