I had to go to the Same Day Care Clinic located in downtown Billings today and I left feeling that I didnt want to let my experience go unnoticed. I have had to enter many different medical clinics because, of different medical reasons and conditions. I have had visits that made me want to disappear into the air with frustration and encounters where I felt the warmth resonating from a doctor and I knew that he truly did care and just ok experiences. My appointment today left me feeling like a human being that was deserving of respect and to be listened to without judgment. Randy Sphere saw me and I would just like to extend a thank you out to him. I received the best care and treatment that was possible for me at the time and I also thank you for taking that extra time with me that I know you did so, as to make sure I left with everything addressed that I needed and asked about!! You took the extra mile to care for me! Thank you.....Im still smiling!

I love Billings clinic West but me and my kids are super sick and have been exposed to Covid and we were scheduled at same daycare downtown because we’re sick and the nurse nurse told me to be here ready to go which is OK if it’s a mistake but they refuse to let us sit inside and all of us are sick and the lady was really rude she said I don’t know I don’t know what you’re supposed to do but you can’t be in here and so me and my kids are sitting outside on the sidewalk waiting for appointment real compassion the same Daycare has real compassion and a real plan that’s not good service

Worst possible service. Went for a Dr. visit and got nothing accomplished other than being treated badly. Not a good place for anyone do yourself a favor and drive to Denver if you need treatment. it will be worth it. You will get treated faster having drove to Denver. They have little to no understanding of the oath they swore. Worst hospital ever. if you file a complaint they will just try to prevent you from having any words that make them look bad by talking over you in their risk management department. I would think someone taking my complaint would let me vent rather than make excuses the entire time. 3 agreeable people is a class action lawsuit email me if you feel you were treated similar to my experience.

Literally the biggest waste of time. I went in for ear pain and shoulder issues. I had an ear infection a month ago and told them the antibiotics have not made it feel any better. I was told there is nothing wrong with my ears and was treated very poorly. I still cant hear and have shooting pains in my ears, but nothing is wrong with them. Yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. Go somewhere else. Like, anywhere else. Literally the worst, most useless doctors around here.

I live in Bozeman and drive 4 hours round trip monthly just to get care at Billings Clinic because it is that great. I recommend it to everyone I talk to, compared to bozeman deaconess it’s light years ahead and the Doctors and staff are much more caring here. I can’t say enough great things about this hospital.

Amazing in person and in the clinic but called again today because I was told that I should be feeling better and not only the nurse I talked to seemed rude but the main call center that transfers calls was as well. You have to treat patients the same way you would treat them when they are there in person even if they are just on the phone.

I have been here on two separate occasions for non emergency things and both times, received excellent care.

Today I visited Billings Downtown Clinic to see dr. Lanske, and Asthma and Allergy specialist. The nurses that helped me were so nice caring and compassionate. Even though going to the doctor they made the experience as enjoyable as possible. Dr Lansky to the great job in helping me find other options payment plans for my asthma. Thank you Billings Clinic

So my brother had an appointment at 12:30 we got stuck behind a train and were 10 min late the there were 3 women working the check in and 1 patient talking to a lady they made him wait then told him he missed the 10 min window he said he was standing there and one woman said you walked in at 12:40 so that means he made the 10 min window. Very rude and there is nobody in the waiting room. As Im sitting here I can hear them talk badly of other employees and cursing. Maybe they should learn to be more respectful of what they say.

Had to go in on a Sunday .Quickly got in and great follow up .

Showed up at 5:55 pm. Waited for the only 2 people to get checked in. Stopped seeing patients with me.. i was the last one in line. Just got done working 13.5 hrs. Maybe if you last appt. Is at 600pm you should advertise it!!! No help at all.. 0 stars if i could..

Had a great experience here. Clearddd up my awful sinus infection. Visit was a quick in and out.

Dr. Williamson and his nurse could not have been more dismissive and aloof if they tried. Took A LOT to get them to listen.

Came in and was feeling horrible. Was 9 in the morning. Two people waiting and they told me I wouldn’t be able to get in until 3:30 that afternoon. Went to the west end instead.
