Had a two for one with my daughter and Larry and Sydney and the other staff took their time with us. I feel like this was the best health care visit I have ever had.

Poor customer service. Schedulers told us an appointment was downtown we go to it and they said no it is in the heights. Had then call let them know we in the way we got in the building at 712 for 700 appointment tnent and they told us to reschedule. They were no understanding at all.

I went for a pharmacy consult. I liked her very much. Even thinking about choosing The Heights for more personal care. My BP was critically high 180/89 She gave me a different med to use and I was to come back in two weeks. When I arrived I was not feeling well. They basically asked me to leave and there has been NO follow up and I have called twice. I have been feeling ill for several months and I cannot get anyone to help me. I am going to ST V

We were visiting from out of state when my son cut his hand and needed a few stitches - they were wonderful every step of the process. Very thankful!

Was there a todos the walking clinic,with a skin task the got worst from feb I went in March because from the feet when up to my arms, I got a PA L.B. And he was I don’t even know how ti described but the end he told me to put lotion because I was dry. Today April 24 still have this weird rash. Is obvious that lotion is not medicine. And they send a bill for 250 that is paid by the insurance but that is not the point. I think we need people who love their jobs and stop being so mediocre.

We have used this clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. We have had broken arms, stitches in the head, broken wrist and ingrown toenail removed (I have 3 boys)! I will not go anywhere else. All doctors, nurses and staff are very knowledgeable, kind and relatable.

The Same Day Care staff got me in quickly. Quinta, RN and Sarah, NP are great! They are caring and super nice. Sarah was thorough and knowledgeable and identified my illness right away. She had already looked at my chart bringing herself up to speed on my health history before entering the exam room. I will request them whenever I return.

Called to find out the procedure to see my dr since I believe I have covid and would like help with the symptoms. All they did was cancel the appointment ive been waiting 2 months to see my dr. And told me I could go get tested downtown but that they wouldnt give me any medication. Wow, thanks for literally nothing. Maybe I should have said I was dying?

Don’t go here! They can’t even tell you if you are in network for your insurance!!! They never faxed my prescription to the pharmacy. I told the lady where to fax it and to fax it right away because I was heading there right when I was leaving. Which I waited over a hour. Still no word. They are closed and now I have to wait an extra day to get it. Won’t be going back. I went here because it was close to my house. I’ll stick with St V’s. Deuces!!!!

I have been here 3 times now and the best service I have gotten is a doc and dash. Which is doc comes in barely hears your symptoms tells you that you have a common cold or flu says they can do nothing and sends you out in five mins. So I just dropped $150 for 5 mins of bullshit from Brooke Yates that I could have gotten off of web M.D. MY suggestion is go to a Walgreens min clinic you would get better service and pay less.
