My son broke his tooth in half at about 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night. Where other local offices were unwilling to see us because we were new to the area and didnt have established care, Remington was willing to come in and treat my son that night. 2 hours later you would have never known.I cannot express how grateful we were and impressed with their people first mentality.

New to the area, called to schedule cleaning visits and the soonest availability they had was 3-6 months out. Which would be fine, if the person on the phone had explained that UP FRONT before taking 10 minutes to get my information (name, address, phone and b-day - it shouldnt take that long) AND putting me on hold. That is very frustrating.

I have been going to Remington for about 10 years. They are the best in my opinion. Completely trustworthy. Everyone there is friendly and totally professional. I highly recommend them.

Truly the best dentist around. I first came to Remington with a pretty challenging dental situation and they have been amazing. After several years, I have gotten to meet most of the dentists and worked with most of them and they are ALL AMAZING!!!

Myself, my husband, and our 4 year old have all been multiple times and all of the hygienist take the best care of our family and keep our 4 year old engaged during his cleaning as well as while we finish ours. We even had our 4 month old along for the visit today so he could meet the team, no teethers yet but he’ll be ready when they come. Fantastic team! Everyone here is kind and concerned about your comfort. Their prices are very reasonable. My mother had a dental emergency while visiting from out of state. They got her in right away. Now she has all of her dental work done when she comes for a visit! She wont go anywhere else.Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. My appointments are always on time and every staff member is super friendly! They do very well with nervous patients. You can watch movies while they work on you. The dentist and staff do everything possible to send you away satisfied! Including getting you in right away if you have an issue. I absolutely love this place. Weird to say for some considering going to the dentist can be uncomfortable or intimidating. I have been going here for less than a year and each visit I have had has been an amazing experience. The professionalism, people, environment, honesty, and amazing work really shows here! If you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time or if you go regularly they treat you as family and go above beyond to help you with your needs and truly care about their customers.

We’ve seen both dentists and all of the hygienist and have always had great experiences. They’re compassionate, reasonably priced, and have done excellent work. The nicest dentist ever! My very first visit there was because of a mess up that another dentist did. Dr Townsend went out of his way to fix my pain and make me comfortable. Im deathly afraid of the dentist and each and every time he makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I am fairly new to town and in need of a dentist to replace the one I had for seventeen years in Tulsa, OK. I needed an appointment fairly quickly because I also was having some issues that urgently needed to be addressed. They got me in in a timely manner, and after an exam gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done. A couple weeks later, Im in the chair and being treated wonderfully. Mr. Remington and his assistant, Ms. Sue did a phenomenal job. Im am thankful for such high standards, clarity and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to everyone.....they will truly bless you.

The staff was very accommodating in scheduling in my midweek tooth pain.Dr. Condon was very calming to work with especially for someone who hates not being in control like me. Relaxing place and very good vibes. enjoyed the experience, was out and pain free within 45 minutes. Remington family dental has great operation and great people!

I needed to have a crown replaced, the Doctor Condem and his assistant were wonderful, they explained everything that was happening, it was truly painless and all done in about an hour total. This is a very caring office and from the front desk to the Docs and the other professionals. I am so grateful that I found them.

We love Remington Family Dental. Our whole family has used them for years. Always good service, kind folks, honest interactions, and an overall happy, welcoming atmosphere.

So 1 month ago, I set up an appointment with elite dental for a cleaning. They told me to be 15 mins early and I showed up a half hour early. They missed my appointment by 25 mins, meaning I sat in the lobby 5 mins shy of an hour. When I got back there, they told me we had to reschedule because they didnt have enough time.... so obviously I rescheduled somewhere else because that was incredibly unprofessional. So I reschedule with Remmington dental 2 weeks ago and today was my appointment. I called a week ago to confirm that they werent going to cancel due to the virus issue. They told me I was fine and if anything were to change, they would contact me. So I show up today just to walk up to a locked door.... I AM LIVID. If I lived in town, this wouldnt be such an issue. But I once again am faced with my appointment being canceled without ANY warning.

We just had my daughter there and she was nervous but they were so nice and patient with her. I know we have found our new family dentists. 😃😃

My family and I have been going to Dr. Townsend since he got started in Billings. We have also all seen Dr. Condon since he joined Dr. Townsend. These two dentists are, seriously, the best! Over the years we have greatly appreciated their honesty, integrity, professionalism and compassion. I recently had a dental emergency and was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Condon took care of me on a Sunday and Dr. Townsend finished the root canal and crown today. The office staff, hygienists and assistants are friendly and professional as well. It is good to experience the camaraderie of Remington Family Dental and be well taken care of at the same time.

Remington Family Dental is the most incredible dentistry practice I have EVER been to. My hygienist keeps me smiling and laughing the whole visit and Dr. Condon makes me feel right at home. I will never voluntarily switch practices again.

I am from out of town and I had a toothache and needed to see a dentist right away. My friend who lives in Billings recommended Remington family dental. I was super impressed with everyone. The receptionist was very helpful. The dental assistant was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable with what was going on.Dr. Condon was incredible. He had never met me before, and he came in and talked to me for quite awhile just getting to know me. Not just about my dental problem. Fortunately for me my problem was very minimal.I am so impressed with the professionalism of the entire office and Dr. Condon’s ability to make you feel at ease.I have been to many dentists and have had major dental work done over the years. I totally recommend Dr. Condon and this practice. I would rate it a 10 if it was possible.

I set an appointment for about a month in the future and requested that if they have any earlier opening to call me to set the appointment earlier. Within a week or so they called me and I got an earlier appointment! The staff were very nice and it was overall an enjoyable experience.
