Julie has been cleaning my teeth for over a decade and does a fantastic job. She’s personable, professional, and always leaves me squeaky clean. I really consider Julie more of a friend than my hygienist at this point.Dr. Pearson is one of the best dentists to ever work on me. He is so fast, professional, and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. Most importantly for me....the guy is crazy fast and his work is top notch. I am really impressed with Canyon Creek Dental.

My elderly mother has been seeing Dr. Luderitz for many years. He and his staff are always so nice and positive during her dental visits. They were so understanding when her hearing deteriorated and I had to sit in on her appointments until she had better hearing aids. I appreciate the kindness they always bestow upon my mother.

As a caregiver of a patient that comes here, I have been extremely impressed with the staff. They’re always very courteous and never act as if they’re being inconvenienced. She likes to have things explained to her and they’ve always been fantastic about explaining things and letting her know each step.

Almost my entire family have been attending Canyon Creek Dental with Dr Luderitz for quite some time. The staff is sincerely friendly and professional. They always give you all the information up front and in terms we can understand. From teens to my parents, we all enjoy coming here.

I have known Dr. Luderitz for many years while he was my moms dentist and was very happy with her treatment. When I needed a new dentist due to my old dentist retiring, I decided to switch to Dr. Luderitz. Just had a crown and a filling done. He has great needle skills. 😁

My mom had some long, neglected tooth issues and was having severe pain. Since this is my usual dentist, I called for help with my mom. They have been excellent and understanding all through many procedures and have stood behind their work.

The first experience I had with them was a very rude receptionist, I was ready to write them off, then I saw another dentist who set up an appointment with them for me so I wouldnt have to worry about the rude receptionist again, and so that I could receive care for my extreme TMD. I am very low income and cannot afford much which was a huge part of the initial problem, but I was reassured that it would be ok.Then I arrive for my appointment. After arriving, the first woman I talked to was very kind which is the only reason this is a two star review as opposed to a one star. I then was made to wait 15 minute in the waiting room, watching someone who had arrived after myself be brought back first. Then was told that they indeed would not be willing to help me without the payment I was told I didnt have to make. My insurance would have covered the entire visit but they were unwilling to wait for payment and wanted to reimburse me once my insurance company paid them.They waited to tell me this until my 7am appointment and making me drive 35 minutes to see them.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. James Luderitz is awesome! My husband and I were traveling back home, and would only be staying in Billings for the night. My husband was in horrible pain and called at least 5 dentist who would not come in after hours especially with it being memorial weekend. Dr. Luderitz didn’t even hesitate and meet us at his office as soon as we got in town. He went above and beyond to help my husband even though it took till 10pm. Dr. Luderitz was friendly, professonal, caring, and treated my husband and myself like family. I’m so grateful for his kindness and willingness to take the time to get my husband in and give him exceptional service! Thanks to Dr. Luderitz the rest of our trip home was good! The excellent service we received is rare now days... if you need a outstanding dentist who will value you as a person and give you 100% service go to Dr. Luderitz!!
