Went to Merry Dental for my first appointment as a new patient, ALL staff were amazing from when I first walked in the door and was greeted up until I left my appointment. Marjan Fakhri was very friendly and went over everything with me in detail. I highly recommend Merry Dental to anyone looking for a great Dentist. I dislike going to the dentist and Merry Dental definitely helps make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome immediately. I brought along my 2.5 year old and they were great with her. The front area is spotless and very welcoming.Cleaning was gentle, and very thorough. I need a crown on one tooth and was given a complete explanation of how it would go. My toddler was also in the room and the whole staff made her feel comfortable. She was able to sit in the chair after my apt and touch some of the non sharp tools. When she has her apt, I know they will take their time making her feel comfortable and good about going to the dentist.Can’t recommend them enough!

I arrived 5 minutes early for my cleaning at 11:00. I was not too pleased that I had to wait until 11:30 to be seen. No explanation was provided as to why the delay.Once I was seen the experience was entirely positive. I was given the most thorough oral exam that I have ever had. The hygienist was well educated and experienced and had great bedside manner. While cleaning my teeth she explained what foods were bad for teeth but balanced the enjoyment of them with the awareness of brushing. She had many other helpful tips to share. The dentist then came in and took a quick peek in my mouth and at my latest x-rays. She took one additional x-ray and declared everything good. Her manner was very professional and friendly.I booked my next appointment for a cleaning 6 months out as the first appointment of the day to try to avoid any delay between my appointment time and the time that I would actually be seen.

Went really well !I arrived on time but being my first time I should have been earlier to fill out info they need as a patient. So they were kinda waiting for me to finish to get me started for x-rays and a cleaning.Everything went very smooth and was never rushed. All the workers helped each other when needed. I need to go back a few times as my teeth were a mess but I kind of new that.Try them out . You wont be disappointed.

I felt very safe going to get my teeth cleaned during the pandemic. The hygienist, Annie explained all the protocols thoroughly and I was impressed. My teeth feel amazing. I do need some additional work and everything is very low pressure. They help with getting pre-estimates from insurance so there are no surprises. Would highly recommend.

Normally I would be scared or nervous about going to get my teeth cleaned but here at Merry Dental they recognize and do not judge me. I have to say i wasnt in the mood to go to the dentist yesterday but i am really glad i did. Right from the beginning of my arrival I met a nice woman who took my temperature and pulse. She was so very nice to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Then when i got into the office, I met Annie who cleaned my teeth . Very nice to talk to. Very knowledgeable and a very sweet woman. I never had my teeth whitened before in a cleaning so this was a really nice surprise when she told me she was going to whiten my teeth. I was so happy and they look beautiful. The last time I had my teeth cleaned when Dr. Dovidio and her team were running the office they never cleaned my teeth with the whitener. So this was a very nice surprise and experience. I also enjoyed talking with Dr. Marjan too. Very nice to talk to also. I highly recommend Merry Dental to my family and friends as they will be well cared for and enjoy a Very friendly experience. Good experience at a dentist?! Yes! I had a surprisingly great experience at the Merry Dental in Billerica. My hygienist, Anne, was wonderful.She was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained every step she was going to do. I never realized how many products or techniques go into good oral hygiene. Especially during Covid-19. I do a few of these, but I appreciated the confirmation that I was heading in the right direction of taking care of my overall health. Anne can really put you at ease, too! She has such an unbelievable calming manner. Great for all ages!

I am beyond thrilled that I came here.I had a terrible incident occur to me many years ago and have had some extensive work done to my teeth. Along with PTSD and self consciousness about my teeth I had to find a new dentist due to an infection and my dentist beforehand retired.I went to 3 offices for consults around Billerica and then found Dr. Fakhri. I can’t express enough how immediately everyone made me feel. Even with Covid, them taking all the right protocols, and the superb cleanliness at their office they were kind.And what I mean by that was she took the time, explained to me fully what should be done and this may sound crazy but everyone was gentle dealing with me. Just their eyes alone ( which is all you can see ) gave me the comfort I need to continue my procedures with them.I had to get a partial done after oral surgery and it looks probably even better then my old smile.Bridge work next and I know I’m getting the best care ever in the dental industry!!

Recently Dr Marjan did a filling for my son Troy and it was on a front tooth where it was visible when he smiled. He had never had a novicainwbbefore so he was anxious however Dr Marjan was so gentle and reassured him the whole time. He told me he never even felt it! She was so gentle the new white filling is flawless and a perfect match to his own tooth. He has his smile back and is delighted. Dr Marjan is also an excellent Dentist She is so experienced, have a lots of knowledge, every patient and takes time to explain each and all details of what is needed to have and keep healthy teeth and beautiful smile.Dr Marjan introduced me to Dr Soo-Woo Kim . He is a an excellent Periodontist! I am getting a couple of implants and he is doing a great job! I am glad I trusted him and Dr Marjan as well for her recommendation.They both are excellent professional persons.

Ive had been a patient of Dr Doivdio and have nothing short of fabulous to say about Dr Marjan and her entire staff.I recently brought my 5 year old grandson in for a cleaning , Linda made him feel so comfortable he said he wanted to work there.This made it real easy to bring him back to get a filling. Dr and assistant were great and the entire process went incident free Best part is due to their magnificent rapport a 5 year old isnt simply not afraid to go to the dentist but actually looks forward to it

Had a great cleaning experience the other day. Everyone is so pleasant, & everyone takes great precautions, due to the Corona Virus.

Had another procedure at Merry Dental and am very impressed with Dr. Marjan. She takes the time to explain everything very well. Her assistant, Maryj Jane was also very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I am impressed with their knowledge and how caring they are with their patients.
