The place is great and very clean. Im the biggest wimp when it comes to the dentist and I need allot of work. So when I went in to start the work...they knew how afraid I was and they were so nice and gentle. They are great about checking in with you about how your doing, and they explain everything they are going to do step by step so your always informed about what they are going to do. All the employees at Excel are amazing and very kind. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would give them 100 stars. 😊😊

I would absolutely recommend this dentist! Being someone who suffers from high anxiety especially at the dentist to the point where I Havent gone in five years they do an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and have complete kindness. Kevin at the front desk is very nice and super helpful when it came to insurance purposes and referrals he went the extra mile to get it all taken care of. The dental assistant Genesis was amazing ! The dentist Dr. Patel eased my anxiety so much by going over everything and letting me know every step as he was going and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. hands-down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had and I am 28 years old so that says a lot highly recommend!!

One of the best Dental offices I have visited in a long time. Every single person, from the front to the back is just exceptional. Dr Patel was very patient with me, and took the time to explain everything that was being done and why. I never once had any insurance mix up, over charges, or anything to complain about really. If I could pick this entire office up and move it with me, I would!

I have had reservations about going to the dentist for 3 + years after going to Gentle Dental. This was the best experience I could have asked for. The dentist is usually not enjoyable but honestly Im looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing. I felt nothing and it was quick. The whole staff is nice. The office makes you feel comfortable, very clean. 29 years and I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist thanks to Dr Patel and his awesome assistant!

Ive had the worst experience at Excel Dental Billerica. They have cancelled many appointments even though they knew how stressed and nervous I am about Dental appointments. I took forever for them to get approval from my insurance because they kept sending them wrong information. Wouldnt recommend Excel to anyone.

It’s the first time I’m loving my dentist. She’s constantly asking me if I’m okay, or if I need to rest my mouth from opening. Gentle and very friendly including her assistant. I highly recommend.

From the very best receptionist and office coordinator to the highly skilled dentists and assistants, they’re all so friendly, helpful and compassionate. There’s never been a wait to get an appointment and they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I had a wonderful experience with Excel Dental , Billerica. I had severe toothache this June, just when their clinic opened after covid-19 lockdown. I called their office and got my appointment for the next day. I had my root canal treatment done, and the whole procedure was smooth and painless. Dr. Swagat and staff were very nice and helpful. Thankyou very much!

They took me in for a cleaning minutes after I signed up with them. Very fast, very polite, very sweet. They got my cleaning done and even filled in a cavity in about an hour. Definitely recommend this place

I have been scared of the DENTIST for years. I was extremely nervous about going to a dentist office but once I walked it the staff was so polite and welcoming I started to feel at ease. They took my to the room and explained every step prior to doing it. The doctor was amazing I would highly recommend there office. Needless to say I will definitely be going back for all of my routine check ups and treatment. They have earned a patient for life.

My dentist whom was my doctor for more than 40 years retired. Being a Billerica resident, without any references, I thought being aware of Excel’s location, I thought why not try them. To hit a home run with my first appointment, I could not be more pleased. Doctor Bakshi and Genesis the dental assistant were extremely patient due to my issues with xrays. The office staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I definitely recommend Excel Dentistry. Mom

I hadnt been to a dentist in many years out of fear and anxiety. I was welcomed at the office on my first visit by the wonderful receptionist Rocio. She made me feel less anxious by being reassuring and caring.The two dental assistants I had were Sokha and Amy. They were each very helpful when it came to coaching me on breathing techniques in calming voices when I was a bit anxious.I had Dr Swagat for my dentist. He is very professional and efficient with explaining everything.The office is brand new with all the latest technology, spacious, very clean and conveniently located in in the Towne Plaza Shopping Center (in the corner near Pet Supplies Plus) Billerica plenty of free parking. In the past 2 weeks (3 appointments) Ive had total of 10 teeth pulled (and really it wasnt that bad). I was so glad to finally be rid of these dead teeth that may have been infected and causing me headaches. Very happy with everything and everyone about this place. I finally have a new dentist office!
