My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Amy Dinardo for six years now. We both have several issues with our eyes and she has proven herself extremely knowledgeable in every case. For instants I am very dry eyes and she has recommended the best medication ever I do not have that problem anymore. I also am a glaucoma suspect and she has done several test on my eyes to make sure that the health of my eye is in perfect condition. She is very patient and will take all the time you need to answer all your questions. I would recommend her to everyone thank you Dr. Amy for being there for us

Totally felt blown off. Loosing vision in one eye and it is not an emergency so we have to wait 2 weeks to go to another doc. Dr Crew, If you were loosing vision would it take you 2 weeks to get in? Not Acceptable! My wife is beside herself. The staff Cared but with the Doctors note there hands were tied!

Professional, with an in depth assessment and recommendation to specialists in an attempt to improve my sons vision. Quick service on replacement frames (3 times in a year for my 7 year old). 4 stars because my first glasses were incorrect but they rectified the issue promptly. Overall wonderful, friendly service!

I have seen several optometrists over the years and Dr. Boss and Dr. Platz are two of the best. They are super thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Their staff is so friendly and kind. I highly recommend. I dont know Dr. Crew or Dr. Dinardo.

From day one scheduling, to the end result, and the billing the entire experience was sub par. I have no doubt that the vision tech that adjusts glasses is the only person in that office who actually knows customer service. Not only was I given an inadequate prescription strength, the services are overpriced and Dr. Boss is rude. I will never return and will be sure to share my experience with anyone who lives in this area and wears any type of vision correction. I can go anywhere and be overcharged for poor service and frames with huge profit mark ups.

In Aug 15 my husband was refered to Dr Crew for shingles in his lt eye. He totally missed the symptoms of the shingles affect in his third optic nerve. Three weeks later due to Dr Crews absence Dr Boss saw him and immediately sent him to GR Butterworth. By this time the shingles had migrated up the nerve to his brain and was found in his spinal fluid. Being a kidney transplant and immune surpressed extra care should have been the norm in Dr Crews treatment. He suffered many months, long after the symptoms subsided, with his eye never recovering, which lead to cornea damage, surgery, continued blurriness. It took a terrible toll on his body and he passed away in Sept of 16 a yr later.I agree, Dr Boss is short on tact in her communication skills and opted to end care with her. On the other hand, she did diagnose the problem and immediatly took action. Now, the last visit we had, Dr Crew made an appearance to the exam room to inquire how my husband was doing. When I explained how it was upsetting hed missed the diagnosis of the 3rd optic nerve, he flippently said, Oh Ive had 4 patients, today alone, with shingles in their eye. I was discusted at his lack of accountability...of course, an apology would have admitted hed miss diagnosed the severity of my husbands case. One star is too much for my loss.

Wrong prescription twice. At this point its not even worth seeing if they can mess it up a third time. Each time the results jump all around and nothing stays the same.
