Eye exam was very good! Eye glass ordering took two weeks, called several times, more interested in new customers, not existing customers, prices are not competitive, asked to call when they came in, didn’t call! Will not go back again. Huge disappointment. Recommend you go elsewhere!

It’s been over a month since we have been there. We still have not received my sons glasses. I understand back orders but I was told two weeks. So I’m very irritated and annoyed with this place. We probably won’t be back.

It has to be the best place to get your eyes checked! Everyone is so nice and fun to be with. They let you do a lot of fun things! One time I played wii with my eye doctor and a eye game on the computer with another! They are truly amazing. I am truly madly deeply in love with this place! (sorry had to quote 1D there) If I had to recommend any eye center I would recommend this one

They were very thorough during my exam. My glasses and prescription was spot on the first time! I was very happy with them!

Took my daughter in for an exam appointment was at 3 didnt get done til after 6 I have never been in any office where a basic exam takes over 3 hrs

At first I was terribly disappointed with my new glasses. They did not fit what so ever, they looked awful. They were so kind and understanding. They let me pick out a new frame, and now they look great!

We go to Ferris State Universitys Eye Center for my sons vision therapy and our eye exams as well as to get glasses and contacts. Frame selection could be better but customer service is great. The therapy program is the best around.

Ive never had such poor quality frames. I went through two frames in 6 months and yes I was careful with them. My first frame fell apart while I was walking through a store. After the second frame fell apart the same way I ended up having to get glasses made elsewhere. Ive worn glasses for more than 40 years and have never had such a bad experience

Took over 7 weeks to get my glasses, customer service is good, but thats about it.

Poor quality job. Rude liars. Do not waste your time and money there.
