My optometrist Dr.Oosting was spot on when it came time to check my eye’s and she explained everything thoroughly as to where I could understand what was going on what a wonderful 👩🏻‍⚕️ Within the last month I had gone to another eye doctor twice they couldn’t get anything done and she did it within an hour!! She knew exactly what was going on with my eyes!! I thank her very much and if you ever need a good eye doctor this is the place to go.!! The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful I will be back there again for my next check up

Not only is all the staff really friendly and professional, the doctor is so kind and helpful. I’ve never had a doctor explain what astigmatism is, or why it’s hard to wear contacts with the astigmatism. I genuinely felt valued and taken care of and it was SO fast. The whole visit only took about 40 minutes, from when I walked in to when I paid leaving. It’s also so affordable, I don’t have vision insurance so paying out of pocket I was expecting a $300+ bill but nope! It was just a bit over $100. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Needless to say not the ideal way of introduction to the business but nonetheless we had exceptional care. Dr. Coles came into her office on her day off! That in itself was the first reason she is amazing! Her professionalism, attentiveness, her heart and great humor gave us the comfort we were in the right spot for our son. Stephanie got us right in and performed testing and prepping for Dr. Coles really knowing how to comfort a intense situation to say the least. Immediately given result and we were on a care plan. Stacy and I feel horrible but a sweet blonde young lady also there for great service to us. Thank you so very much Dr. Coles and crew for making a high intense situation reassuring and comforting. You all went above and beyond and for that our family is truly grateful and appreciative!! True meaning of care with a personal touch!! Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!! This was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and the kept me informed about what they were doing the whole time. Friendly staff. I was promptly taken to my examination room. Very thorough precheck, then Dr. Coles did her exam, explaining in detail what she observed. I was out in no time. The eye scanner they use shows every detail of my eye. Very cool!

This was my first visit to Big Rapids Family Eye Care and I was incredibly impressed. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner when I arrived. I filled out my paperwork and was taken in to a room and the exam began quickly. Dr Cole addressed any concerns I had and was wonderful. The selection of glasses is great and any questions I had were answered very simply. Service is superb, the office is tasteful and I highly recommend them.

I appreciate the different, more comfortable testing they do, and she actually went over the testing with me and gave an explanation which was pleasantly unique. Being a contact wearer she’s got me trying some different styles which is a nice change from other dispensers.

They asked what I liked about my old glasses and were efficient in dining the most similar ones. Dr. Coles is extremely warm, friendly and professional!
