If I could give negative stars I would. I went here to use a Groupon. I was told I could pay there and they would honor the Groupon rate if I brought in a screen shot of the deal. My first impression was that the spa was average - busy front desk, quite a few gals in the waiting room, and what seemed to be repeat clients.When I got into the treatment room, the nurse looked more like she was going out clubbing. Very unprofessional compared to other medi-spas Ive been to. It did not feel like a sterile, medical environment. The doctor was even worse. He felt very shady and looked even less professional with his jeans and baggy sweater. Id be surprised if hes even a licensed professional.I did Restalyne under my eyes, and Id never done that before. After he injected me, the nurse held the back of my head and, with her thumb, pressed down on the facial bone under my eyes so hard my eyes watered. This apparently was to break up the filler since it formed into little balls under my skin after injection. She continued doing this in several areas until all the balls were smashed down and had dissipated. I was reluctant to do the other eye, but had no choice at this point. The other side was just as bad, and Im a person who has a high tolerance for pain.Two days later, I was so black and blue that I could barely cover the bruises with concealer. It took over a week for the bruising to disappear, and after all that, the improvement was minimal, but there was no way I was going back there. One year later, I still have a darkened area under one eye that hasnt faded. Im not sure it ever will, considering the amount of pressure that was used. I contacted the office to ask if thats how they normally administer Restalyne. It is. I called a few other medi-spas to see if thats their process. It isnt. What this place did is not normal. Either the filler is bad or its diluted with something it shouldnt be mixed with, which is whats causing it to harden.Avoid this place like the plague.

Scam - they will want you to buy more and never deliver, no-one has returned my calls. I have to give one star so I can write a review. Cosmetic Laser Medspa is the other name and they have been moving offices along with their incompetent staffs. They also have groupon deals do not buy. This place is a scam and most likely closed down. I didnt check the location.
