Warm friendly atmosphere. Above and beyond customer service. Respectful of your time scheduled. Not rushed to leave but invited to relax in massage chairs and enjoy refreshments. Small but well equipped ladies lounge. Facial was effective and seemingly all inclusive for $$$. Med spa staff is incredible! Dr Glassman is strikingly handsome. His wife and all the women on staff are just as equally beautiful and interested in your well being and results goal. Price fair enough for a nearly perfect outcome.

This place is great and honest. After battling with melasma they introduced me to Cosmelan. It’s not cheap, but they charge less for it than I would expect from a place in their location. Sure you can drive to Vegas and get the peel for $600, but that doesn’t include your aftercare products.My melasma was basically unnoticeable after going to Thibiant.I also get botox for bruxism here. I totally trust them with my face. They have experience.They have never tried to push products or treatments I don’t need.I drive from the valley to come here.Apart from all that, the staff is the best. The overall vibe in the place is positive. I look forward to going there.

Never ever plan a surprise for this location. Never ever book a service online (it doesn’t even work), and never expect adequate customer service.I called 2 days ago to gift my mother a surprise birthday facial and wrap service. She is an existing customer and hadn’t had time to revisit. I figured her days off for her birthday would be that much more worthwhile with a surprise back to one of her favorite spas(not anymore). At the time of the appointment scheduling, I spoke to a woman that didn’t explain the cancellation policy and never even took my credit card to hold the appointment.My mother resides in California and I live in Georgia. As I called my mother this morning to advise of her of the surprise, she made me aware that she was very sick. I then told her I could reschedule and she can go when she feels better. I called Thibiant and they advised it would be $280 to cancel. The total of her wanted services was $290 and to CANCEL its $280???? Where’s the logic??When I asked for the calculation behind the cancellation policy and its fees, the woman on the phone gave me a different answer for each time—reaffirming that she didn’t even understand it. So she says that she will charge that to the card on the file if my mother doesn’t show up. “You mean you would charge my mother’s card? The person who had no idea of this SURPRISE and it’s just an innocent party?” is what I asked. And with an emboldened response the woman says “Yes, that is correct”. How ridiculous is that??????This is a Beverly Hills establishment. What kind of customer service is this???? What training was missed? You mean you don’t get the calling party’s card information or at least verify, to ensure you charge the fees to the correct party when someone calls to schedule a service? Moreover, what’s up with the math surrounding the cancellation policy????This is bogus. Horrible customer service. It’s not the money—but I do not like to have money siphoned out “just because”. Especially someone’s card that didn’t even make the appointment!!!!I will never frequent this place. My mother won’t. All of my colleagues, friends and family will know of this—I will make sure they eliminate their visits to this farce of an establishment.Manager, Courtney Palmer: After 5+ calls and voicemails, I welcome your callback and attention to this matter.
