This was my first visit with Dr Mennen. He took note of my previous history, listened carefully to my concerns and offered sound advice while also being thoughtful of my feelings. My son had a great experience with him as well. Office staff was very nice

This location goes above and beyond. When I took my daughter in with a possibly broken foot late one evening, the staff let me know that they didnt have an X-ray machine, but then called every single nearby urgent care until they found one that did -- and didnt have a wait! That was so wonderful.

When my daughter had an ear infection I was able to get a same-day appointment that afternoon. The doctor was extremely caring and friendly, and we did not wait long. Waiting room wasnt crowded either, which I appreciated!

I typically avoid doctors offices as much as possible. But the staff at Glen Echo AllCare made me feel very comfortable right away. Dr. Mennen has a very gentle and attentive manner. Very glad to have found him and I’m glad he can act as my primary care physician.

Dr. Mennen really listened to me and was interested in finding the route cause rather than just putting me on more medication. I really enjoyed my visit with him and he made me feel heard.

I thought this was an urgent care place but it is also a place to find very good practitioners who are far better than those I have been finding at regular MD offices. This place was great! All of the staff were very personable and it was immaculately clean. I saw Danh Nguyen NP and he was thorough and knowledgeable -I was in and out with no wait and had a treatment plan in place. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend AllCare! There was very little waiting, the staff was friendly and attentive. The doctor in no way rushed or dismissed my impute. He listened and asked lots of questions. He told me the problem and why it occurred and told me how to treat it and what to be looking for if things got worse. I would go back if i need that kind of service again.

The doctor was polite and they called me when a piece of information was missing and immediately rectified it so in terms of patient technical support great, however post appointment there was no summary of the visit including a written description of what medicines to take or how to take them or when which i feel is the most important information. Instead the only notes entered were not relevant to the visit my BMI was entered and that was it! Nothing about my symptoms or anything I shared about how I was feeling

We called ahead and they confirmed the clinic accepted walk-ins, when I got there with my son (ear pain) the receptionist told me that she was sorry but that they were too busy. There was not a single person in the waiting room, when I pointed that out she answered that the ONE patient was already with the doctor.It didn’t make any sense, it was only 3:00pm and they close at 8.I asked again if I was wrong about it being a “walk-in clinic” and she said, I’m sorry we are just too busy today, please try another location.Perhaps the doctors are great, like the other reviews state, we didn’t get a chance to confirm. Not the care you expect from an urgent care facility.

ALL CARE of Glen Echo is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. It’s always great to walk into a doctors office and have the staff know exactly who you are when you walk in. And most importantly, my physician, Dr. Mennen is absolutely wonderful! I have never had a GP that cares for his patients the way Dr. Mennen does. All Care is the place to go for all your wellness needs! Their name is very accurate!

Ive been with Dr. Barnett Mennen for two years. All I can say in short, is, he literally fixed me. He is not just a Doctor, he is a caring human being with his pleasant attitude and professionalism, Dr. Mennen represents everything a great Doctor should be. Additionally, the facilities are super clean, well organized and the staff are supportive, knowledgeable and responsive.

Very simple process to get a COVID-19 test. Their schedule has a lot of open slots to choose from because they have multiple physicians. The virtual visit with the doctor itself takes me no more than 5 minutes. The Bethesda, MD drive-through testing site usually has no waiting and has never had more than one car ahead of me. The test itself takes about 5 minutes. Very easy. And everyone is pleasant throughout the whole process.

Started going here during COVID as our “testing” place. Clinicians and actual testing are great! However, the administration and some of the receptionists could use basic customer service training. You just have to get past the C- to B- customer service to get to the A+ clinicians.

Easy to find, the reception was clean and uncrowded, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very good. He was easy to talk to and he provided clear explanations to all my questions. I enjoyed the visit and will continue to use All Care. Thanks to everyone.

I contacted Allcare at around 9:30 a.m. to arrange for a covid test as soon as possible. I was able to schedule a virtual Dr. appointment for 10:30, was approved for a test after the consultation, was tested at 11:30 a.m. and was sent a result at 4:43 a.m. the following day, fortunately negative.What more can I say. This was an incredible experience and I cant imagine that it could have been handled any better by any caregivers.

Swift and expedited. I actually did an in persons visit and was attended by Dr. Barnett Mennen, who was very knowledgeable, matter of fact and examination, prescription, all I needed he did while explaining everything to my satisfaction. He explained about the prescriptions he gave me and answered all questions and doubts I had. The clinic was extremely clean, and the receptionist impecable. I even observed that when we went inside she got up and sanitized the spaces we had been occupying. Friendly, peaceful, informative and totally supportive. Thank you !

Zero stars! Went to the location today around 6pm. Couple of things, office was tucked in an unusual location and I had to ask a dry cleaner attendant where the office was. Once I walked up the stairs, doors were locked. I had to use the call box for the receptionist to tell me the doctors are out doing covid testing. I said I was in major pain and I confirmed the location was closed at 8pm. The reception was friendly and opened the door to let me in to be seen. I found all of this strange. She was a bit informal, on the phone and watching movies, and didn’t adhere wearing the mask throughout my visit. If I didn’t find this visit strange enough, Dr. Duke was behind his desk watching golf videos without his mask on. Just makes you question what the hell I am getting myself into-I felt I was in the twilight zone. He told me to take a urine sample and I complied and two minutes later, I kid you not, comes back and says I’m alright. Mind you I have a list of underlying issues and refused to run thorough tests when I asked about imaging because I noticed on the website they had that available. All he offered was a long list of pain medications that I cannot use due to my sensitivity’s. Overall a horrible visit and I cannot believe they call themselves urgent care. They are careless, unprofessional and lacking any sense to help me. They were so quick to do a sham testing and come up with a quick diagnosis without doing a thorough check and comprehensive test! I will not have them charge my insurance for such a poor inadequate negligent visit. Shame on you guys!Edit::Jocelyn who is the manager stated she will get in contact with me regarding this horrible experience. Still have not heard from her or the medical director Connie.

Came to AllCare for a COVID test after travelling, and had a pleasant experience all around! You have to do a telemedicine visit with one of the practices doctors before you can come in for the test. Dr. Bruntel was friendly, courteous, and very helpful over FaceTime. I came to the Glen Echo location for drive-in testing and although the set-up for getting your car in the line was a bit confusing, the process was very quick and the nurses who were administering the tests were very professional and kind. I got my test done on a Friday evening and got my results by Wednesday morning. I did have to check the patient portal for my results but this was easy to do.

I didn’t realize in the beginning when booking online it does not tell you if a doctor is at the Bethesda or Glen Echo (I looked up the Bethesda location and didn’t not know about the glen echo location). I was a little frustrated in the beginning since I found this out after I got a call to confirm. The receptionist ( very nice) who I spoke with gave me the wrong address (I did repeat back and they confirmed what I said) so I drove around in circles for 30min (already was not having a good day).When I arrived the receptionist who I spoke to at the front desk was able to “destress” me some and gave me positive words of wisdom. Check in was painless and easy. The doctor was very kind and helped solve my problem very quickly.Overall I was happy with the service I received and recommended it. But just make sure to double check which location your doctor will be at. I prefer the Bethesda location but glen echo does have better parking.

Came here twice for a COVID test due to exposure that I was told is completely covered by insurance - which it should be under the CARES act. Fast forward several months and Ive received bills from AllCare for thousands of dollars - this is outrageous.

Dr. Duke was excellent. He diagnosed my issue and prescribed medication, and I am on my way to a full recovery. Thanks, Dr. Duke.

Dr. Mennen was really fantastic. Hes knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. He took the time to explain things to me so that I understand my own health. I highly recommend.

Doctor was very patient and thorough in his explanation. A few things to improve: 1. Confirm what pharmacy was open on a holiday (I went to the one supposed to be open and it was closed); 2. Confirm prescription of streptococcus test (when I arrived for testing my test wasn’t available, fortunately they had an extra one); and 3. Give better directions on where to form the line for drive-through testing.

The new location for drive-through testing on Montgomery Ave is much better than the Glen Echo location. Despite their being short-staffed yesterday, we were through the line in about 1 hour. Good work on the part of the tech--she was very efficient.

Outstanding experience with AllCare. My husband and I have had two Covid tests over the last month, each time with great efficiency by the doctor and the staff. The telehealth call was quick and easy and driving to the Montgomery Ave, Bethesda site for the shot in a PNC bank parking lot took less than five minutes with no line ahead of us. Five stars for sure.We.returned for our annual physicals this week and we’re delighted by the thoroughness and care that the two doctors gave us.

First and foremost, workers are human. They are very nice. MAINLY, I am Deaf. My family is Deaf. They keep talking through their facemasks. I have been telling them repeatedly to write down on the paper with a pen. They just wont. They just keep talking all the way. ANNOYING! They need to take a training in how to deal with different kind of people. Man. I am giving you one STAR and, I am still your customer for the future. Nurses are heroes! (John Hopkins University Hospital nurses are unbelievably the best.) Following the JHU nursing model is essential.

Doctor and nurse were terrific. Making an appointment was easy, virtually no wait time in the office. I’m giving 3 stars because the receptionist was rude and absolutely refused to wear a mask, at the height of Covid-19. Not only was she not wearing one in the waiting room, when I asked her to she gave attitude and refused. When she finally put one on, because the doctor kindly asked her, her nose was exposed. Later, she walked through the patient treatment area with.no.mask. I am appalled. Fix this AllCare. I asked you while I was there and you all sort of shrugged and said, “what can we do?”. It is within your power. Fix. This.

Im not one to usually write reviews but I feel strongly that I must share my experience with Dr. Chris Duke and AllCare Family Medicine and Urgent Care.After begging my GP practice for a televisit and told I could only come into the office or go to the hospital I began to panic. I was in lots of pain and couldnt imagine having to wait for a week for when a televisit would be available or go into the office. Im 60 years old and do not go out very often because of COVID.I found ALLCARE on Google and went to the website. It was very easy to use and I got an appointment within 2 hours. Dr. Duke was on the call exactly at the time I was given. He listen to my symptoms, asked some questions and prescribed medication.I called my pharmacy an hour later and my medication was ready.From the time I searched the website until I had my medication was 4 hours.The website was also very easy to use. It was easy to upload my drivers license and insurance information.Thank you Dr. Duke and AllCare Family Medicine and Urgent Care of Glen Echo. Im on the mend.

This service is fast, professional and convenient. I had a possible Covid exposure and developed mild symptoms and was able to schedule a virtual appt within 30 mins of my initial contact - there was a slight (5’) delay processing my health insurance but as of yet I have not paid anything out of pocket. The virtual RNP was very helpful and professional and was able to obtain a same day appointment for covid screening. The screening site is in Bethesda, not Glen Echo as I had initially understood, but the wait was short and the staff were professional. I only gave 4/5 because the issue was not complex and I am a fussy health professional myself but I would use this service again and recommend it to friends. If the test returns negative I might try to revise my rating to 5/5!

AllCare Family Medicine and Urgent Care of Glen Echo is excellent on all counts. My husband is a doctor himself, and is now signed up here for all his routine medical needs. I am hugely doctors office phobic and so am really picky about where I go. I was blown away by this place. The staff are warm, conscientious and very good at what they do. Everything seems to run smoothly. We came early and they saw us early - did not keep us waiting! Dahn Nguyen, our FNP, was terrific. We highly recommend him and the whole team!

Friends told me about this easy and quick service provided by AllCare Medicine and Urgent Care of Glen Echo. Everything was easy to schedule online including my initial teleconference appointment. On the day of my testing, I arrived 30 minutes early and at exactly 7pm, the team came out to start testing. It was all very professional and I had my results in 3 days.

AllCare Family Medicine was efficient and caring. It was easy to sign in online and the staff and physicians were professional and friendly. I will definitely go back. So glad I found them.

The NP was on time for the video call and very helpful. The whole process was easy and straightforward and I am glad they are right in my neighborhood.

There was a line, but it moved fairly quickly. The test was over within a minute. I did some coughing, but was fine within five minutes. Thanks to the staff who braved the cold wind to collect IDs and administer the drive-thru tests.

I set up a telehealth appointment to ask about COVID19 testing and travel safety for my 13-year-old daughter. I got good guidance and saved a visit by managing the appointment online. We received a link to zoom prior to the appointment and it was easy to connect and participate with the doctor by zoom. We decided not to get tested (by drive through visit the following day), but the process was clear and sounded relatively easy.

High marks for both providers on two video visits. Very fast and efficient test—getting there early made the wait negligible

From the set up for video conference to the test, it was well organized and all happened smoothly

This company is preforming Covid testing in the parking lot which services many other small businesses in this shopping center. They are very disorganized and allow people to block traffic within the parking lot as well as on the adjacent streets virtually shutting down the other businesses that share their lot. This situation has occurred multiple times on the days that they provide the drive through testing. There are no signs posted or staff to assist in the flow of traffic and their employees are very unprofessional. God forbid there was an emergency, First responders would have a hard time getting to the building. What they are doing is creating a fire hazard.

Quick, easy, and efficient. Absolutely zero headache

Went here for drive through covid testing. So badly managed. Cars were directed to form two lines and then the attendants ignored one of the lines altogether. When another driver and I asked them why, an attendant did start to help the second line, but she was terribly incompetent and did not communicate what the process was so I sat there longer than I needed to. It was a terrible, confusing, frustrating and unnecessarily looong experience.
