I am specifically reviewing my dealings with Joey, on the phone. This morning, I went back and forth with the insurance and doctors office for over an hour and a half. Frustrated and ready to give up after being transferred to several different locations, Joey turned that around. Even though he was at a different location than the clinic I was trying to get a hold of, he solved a problem that no one else did. He was kind, patient, understanding, and thorough. I really appreciate his help and positive attitude. Joey deserves a raise and some recognition, honestly.

10/10 experience. Everything is streamlined and was perfect from start to finish. I am so happy and glad to have chosen Dr. Gray as my new PCP. I was able to fill out my forms and insurance info all online and able to choose my virtual appointment. The available dates and times are listed. I can cancel and reschedule all online without the assistance of a scheduler! I was able to schedule an appointment that was less than a week away. I was just genuinely so impressed of how easy and quick it was for the sign up process. Dr. Gray was on time for the virtual meeting and prepared. My medication was sent in to my pharmacy without any mistakes. There are not a lot of places that are as efficient and streamlined as All Care for sure. So super happy! Also, you can get blood work done on site without an appointment. AMAZING!

I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Captain today. She was extremely prompt and thorough. Anytime I need to visit this facility again, I will ask for her by name. Most notably, Id like to recognize one of the front desk staff members, Joey. From the time that I walked into the clinic, he was attentive to not just myself, but every patient that came in before me as well as those who were seen after me. He made certain that the clinic flow was organized and efficient and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable (if hes not a nurse, I couldnt tell because he was able to answer all of my medical and administrative questions). When employees provide exceptional service, they should be recognized so if youre reading this AllCare management, Joey and the rest of the staff are doing phenomenal work and this makes me want to continue to do business with AllCare. I say all this to say, thank you AllCare for an awesome patient experience and I will refer others to you.

Arrived at 930 am with injuries to my leg. Waited behind woman whose virtual visit was scheduled before Doc saw me. She went out to breakfast and took call.Finally seen at 1030 am. Needed x ray which they couldnt do and wound up going to another urgent care which had me seen, x-rayed and treated all within 30 minutes.Will never return to AllCare

Very impressed with this practice. Love my doctor - easy to talk to and really listened to me. But, cool part is how efficient they are. You are kept in the loop with all steps and they process your procedures rapidly. And free parking.

My visit to the Bethesda AllCare location was excellent. I was unable to see my own primary care doctor and reluctant to go to the emergency room at the hospital during the current Covid situation so I chose AllCare. Note: I have been a patient there in the past so they already had all my personal/insurance info in their system.After waiting about five minutes, I was shown to an exam room. Blood pressure , etc. was taken immediately. After another 5 minutes, I was seen by the PA. I was in a lot of pain and she confirmed what I expected. She did a brief exam and discussed treatment and immediately sent in a prescription to my pharmacy. I found her to be pleasant, sympathetic, and very professional. The whole experience took about 30 minutes from start to finish. I would definitely return to AllCare if I needed some urgent care assistance.

Can someone please contact me to discuss the experience I had at this clinic last week? I left a review and was told to reach out directly but was not left a name or contact info. I am extremely concerned with the experience I had at this medical facility and the medical care that was provided. I firmly believe higher up staff members need to be aware of what happened and I would like to discuss the matter with them sooner than later.

Very easy to make the appointment. Dr. Matt was very professional and pleasant.

The staff were very polite and respectful. The doctor was super caring, respectful and listened to what I had to say. I was very satisfied with the visit.

It was easy to make an appointment online and it very convenient to be able to have a virtual appointment. I was able to be seen within about two hours of making the online appointment. The PA who saw me was mindful of the fact that I am a nursing mother with some medication allergies and was thoughtful in selecting an appropriate medication. She also helpfully recommended taking it with a probiotic to help minimize side effects on the stomach.

Excellent nursing and medical staff. We have been with Dr. Gray for over 10 years. She is one of the best.

Im really happy with this practice of medical professionals. Been doing video visits for various things all thru the pandemic and they are always kind, helpful, caring and I really feel like they know me. Its almost like a small town doctor feel! The company is well run and the doctors are incredibly skilled but also very kind. Im grateful for this team to support my health and well being.

I was having an allergic reaction and the receptionist, Joanna, told me no walks in are accepted and they were closing in a little over half an hour so wouldn’t take any patients. The website clearly states walk-in clinic and that they will refer you elsewhere if care isn’t able to be provided. The receptionist didn’t want to help people in any way when people are coming into a clinic for medical attention. I asked to speak with the other receptionist who simply asked the doctor if I could be seen and the doctor said yes. People should not walk into a medical facility seeking help and just be told to leave. If you can’t help me, at least point me in the right direction! Very upsetting experience, but at least I was able to be helped after speaking to someone else.

My first time I did a video call with a doctor there , the experience was very good . The doctor was so professional and understood for my case . The medicine description was sent immediately to the pharmacy which very close to me . Thank you for for this great service

I have used All Care for a few years and have always had a positive experience. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is friendly.

I went to the walk-in clinic without an appointment. I was seen after a short wait. Dr. Captain was great. She explained exactly what was wrong, checked my prescriptions with the my other medications, gave me some practical information and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I have used several other urgent care centers in the area and my experience here was by far the best.

From the receptionist to the doctor I felt welcomed. He doctor was overwhelming to all my questions and made me feel at ease.

I’ve gone to this facility a few times and have had all great experiences with Dr. Tatevik Mikaelyan she’s awesome and I’d gladly ditch my current primary care doctor. The other nice thing about this facility is that it’s rarely crowed, it’s easy to book appointments online and there is lots of availability through the day even on same day visit.***The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the simply matter that it’s takes a long time to get lab results back and for some reason only the doctor that submits the test can release the test results so imagine your test results have been ready for days but the doctor that can release them is out sick or out of the office for a few days… there are many doctors at this facility and any available doctor should be able to release the results and if not then the results should at least be posted to the patient portal as soon as it’s available… as is the case at my current primary care doctors facility.Besides that I’d give this place 5 stars but having lab results withheld and at the mercy of one doctor is kind of a big issue…truth be told I will still continue to frequent this location as needed since my doctors office is far

We’ve had excellent experiences at all car over the past 1.5 years, especially with telehealth visits and covid testing. the drive they test site in bethesda is great. the staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with my 3 year old who doesn’t like getting his nose swabbed. thank you!

Caring for my aunt whom I have accompanied during her hospitalisations, I have had to video-consult at AllCare 3 or 4 times to obtain a PCR test. Each time the medical staff has been kind, helpful, open and caring. Also the admin staff have been extremely responsive. And last evening when I went to the Bethesda drive-through to get my PCR swab the polite and congenial young man asked me if I was ready - I sighed no because the swab test always hurts when they get up into the area of your brain - He said he would be gentle. And he was! I was astonished - the swab never hurt at all, and I told him that he has great consideration for the patient and a very special touch. He replied that hearing it meant a lot to him - because it was his first day on the job! Bravo to him and to all the AllCare staff at Bethesda (and Glen Echo).

Efficient, friendly and extremely convenient option for those situations in which you need a routine but unexpected prescription or evaluation by a doctor. I used All Care’s Glen Echo office mid-day on a Friday and was seen almost immediately. The clinic is open 7 days a week (note reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday.)Dr. Matthew Bruntel was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My prescription was transmitted electronically to my pharmacy and my insurance was billed. The receptionist was efficient and friendly. All personnel were masked, and patients are required to be masked upon entry.Tip: Bring proof of your COVID vaccination to your appointment. You will be asked for it.

Terrible experience, I rarely write negative reviews, we all have not great days, however, my experience with this organization was terrible.. . Basically, I needed a physical because my former GP retired and I need surgery.I booked with All Care for a Saturday afternoon, I received confirmation, yet when I arrived, I was Informed the system has been done all day..we will call you to reschedule.(Crazy, if its been done all day, why not call the patients..)The reschedule call never arrived, so I rescheduled a new appt.I went on site, saw a doctor and blood work was requested.Once my results arrived, I realized that some of the values were off (My fault, I forgot to fast...), so I called to ask for my blood work to be repeated ..here starts a new challenge....I called for 6 days and I talked to several persons, left messages, wrote e-mails....with no results (the Doct was busy...?...). I basically had to beg for a new order for Blood work to be sent to Lab Corp.As of today (15 days later, I still have to receive any feedback, call or document form them. I basically had to download the results from Lab Corp and provide to my surgeon.I think 7-11 is better organized...

You wont find a better place to care for your familys health. AllCare has been taking care of us (children too) for the past 4 years and we have been treated like family from day 1. The doctors, physicians assistant, nurses and front desk administrators are patient, kind and thorough. I feel 100% comfortable placing our health in their hands. They really go above and beyond to listen and help. Appointments are available on short notice and can be easily booked online. Insurance is accepted, free parking is available underneath of the building and there is a Harris Teeter pharmacy across the street - very convenient.

I have been seeing Dr. Gray for nearly 20 years. She takes her time and really focuses on you. I have gone to the most prestigious Psychiatrists in the area but Dr. Gray does a much better job getting my medications right. I just love her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

All Care Bethesda is my go-to when my husband and I get sick.Dr. Gray has been my primary care physician for years now and she is fantastic. She takes her time to hear our questions and discuss treatments.But not Dr. Gray, all of the other doctors are amazing!

Dr. Kerri Gray is amazing! I have been trying to find a primary who listens to my concerns and addresses them without telling me it’s just because I’m a woman, or just throwing a medicine at me. This was also the first time I have seen the actual doctor during the appointment more than the nurse! My first appointment with her was yesterday and I left with a updated prescription, and lots of suggestions I can implement into my health routin without stopping at the pharmacy! I will be going back to AllCare to see Dr. Gray from now on. :)

I had a great experience at Bethesda AllCare, the staff was friendly and greeted me warmly upon arrival. The nurses I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Captain was the Best!! She asked me great questions about my health and history, let me explain what was going on health wise and gave real world examples and solutions to things I was experiencing. Overall, this was perhaps the best medical appointment I’ve ever had. I’m glad to say I’m a patient of this medical practice.

Dr. Gray is both very knowledgable and likable. I felt quite at ease talking to her.

The staff are very nice but there is poor communication between staff and with patients. I was left in an exam room for over an hour and staff seemed confused why I was still there, but no one had told me I was done and could leave. Rather frustrating considering I made an appointment (versus walking in for urgent care).

Dr. Captain is very knowledgeable and sincere. Although Im a new patient, and this was my very first virtual doctor visit, she took time to listen and understand my concerns. The only star off was because I did wait for about 25 minutes for the doctors video to turn on.

Though I had a sore throat and so in-person visit not possible, I was given a tele-appointment and got medicine and refills within a minute. Friendly doctor other than my regular doctor who understood me quickly.

Absolutely the worst doctors office i have ever been to. I cannot contact the office unless i walk back down to it from my office. They are unresponsive and test results do not come in a timely fashion. Do not go here if you ever want to talk to them after an appointment or have questions.

By far, the best combination of traditional family care and immediate or urgent care. Responsive, smart, modern, and fast. Continuity of care is excellent and they have a rapid drive through feature for testing whether it is for COVID, strep, etc. with the results back quickly. Communication is responsive through the portal and texts. Just the best!

Terrible experience, would not recommend. I have been trying for days to get ahold of someone to discuss a health issue I visited about. I have spent numerous hours on the phone being repeatedly hung up on and transferred to lines where no one picks up the phone. It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone there as there is no direct line to speak to anyone. Would absolutely never go back.

AllCare Bethesda Family Medicine and Urgent Care is excellent. I have been seeing Dr Keri Gray during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021. She is now my primary care physician. I also saw Dr Chris Duke. I am very satisfied with both of those doctors. Their telemedicine has been great during the pandemic shutdowns. Appointments are easy to make and available immediately. They have fast responses with blood test lab results. Their online test results reports and messaging with doctors is excellent. I highly recommend AllCare Bethesda.

I had a wonderful walk in experience, I wanted a EKG and I got it and they faxed it and gave me a copy!! Everyone there was wonderful and I felt comfortable this place is definitely my go to!!

I always have a great experience at AFMUC in Bethesda. My family has worked with much of the providers there. Theyre all cool with me. The staff is respectful, professional, and about the business of taking care of their clients. Parking is around the corner, so it shouldnt be a hassle to get there. Tata M. is my provider and we can talk about every issue I have without judgement, and I appreciate her upfront, casual demeanor. Dr. Gray and Dr. Duke are great providers as well.You cant go wrong getting the care you need here.

Dr. Kerri Gray is a carrying doctor who is a good diagnostician and gives her patients the time to really listen to their concerns. She is well connected to know which specialists can help in more complicated treatments. The office staff is welcoming and attentive and follows comfortable COVID guidlelines AND you can actually get an appointment for GREAT care DAY OF!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gray for many years. I have always been happy with her care. However, the change of how prescriptions are being refilled, in that you have to make an appointment to get a refill, seems like a blatant money grab. I do not feel this is at all in line with making patient care the priority it should be and has been.

Fantastic care, Dr Kerri, and all staff were wonderful.Confusing parking, but once you find it, it’s free, so not much to say about that.

I’m a member of all care medical group I needed a scrip done for blood pressure meds the pharmacy sent it to my primary care physician twice no response from his end I had to go another allcare location and Dr Dukes took care of my urgent need he and his staff treated me with kit gloves I never went here before but I will be going forward.

Everything went great. The people were courteous and professional and Dr. Gray diagnosis was spot on.

I respect and appreciate Dr Gray. She is a wonderful experienced doctor who greets you with a big smile on her face and always makes you feel welcome. She listens to your issues and gives you the best treatment. Ive been going to her for years even before she was at this place.Every time I make an appointment to come in to see her specifically I end up getting pushed to another physician or a physicians assistant which I tried couple of times but I didnt care for them!The physicians assistant put me on a drug that turned out not to be the right one for me so I was not happy as the result and the other doctor was an older gentleman he was very nice but he didnt know me. And I am not sure if he read my medical history before he saw me or if he even had time to do that!The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly especially Miss Megan shes very aggressive and hostile. She makes decisions on her own to block you from coming in to see the doctor. Its her way or the highway! I have a reoccurring sinus condition and I had called in to see the doctor Miss Megan told me I could not come in and to use the zoom so I downloaded the app and try to get in for online appointment. I was having lots of technical problems so I called back and another lady named Jasmine answered the phone and explained I was having problems with zoom and if I could actually come in and she said yes I could so explain to her that I was told I couldnt but she said yes you can come in and she made me an appointment for that day. I was so surprised that I asked for her name. when I arrived at the doctors office Miss Megan shout it out me to stay at the door. She said why did you come in? I told you not to come in as she was yelling . I explained to her that I had called in and somebody made an appointment for me to come in. She asked me who and I told her Ms. Jasmine. She looked at the poor young lady with such a fierce angry look that made me feel bad for her and I can see why Ms Jasmine had to lie about not having done that! I was glad that I have asked for her name at least in my own head I had a way to prove that I had spoken to someone!! With an angry voice she asked me to walk forward so she could take my temperature since I was already in and then she told me I had fever and turn me away.I left that place and I went to my dentist appointment next they also take my temperature upon arrival and I they didnt have fever and my temperature was perfectly normal!Recently I had made an appointment for a flu shot and I also wanted to see Dr Gray to follow up about the previous visit I had with her. I had called and made an appointment specifically to get the flu shot and I made sure I would have a chance to see Dr Gray however when I arrived they took my temperature and then I went into the doctors room.. The nurse came in, took my blood pressure and did the primarily checks so when I told her I was there for a flu shot she said that they dont have it yet and also Dr Gray was not working that day.!!Im going to try a new doctor but I will periodically come back to Dr Gray because shes a wonderful doctor but I will minimize my visits to this office in Bethesda.

I went to AllCare Bethesda yesterday for my first doctors visit in ten years. Everyone, from the Receptionist to the Med Tech to the Doctor, was professional, efficient, and friendly, making the whole visit as painless as possible. Most impressively, they care about their patients as real people, are uniformly kind, and do their jobs quickly, thoroughly, and with a minimum of drama. Their rates are also extremely reasonable.In sum, I really like these folks, think they deliver health care as well as it can be delivered, and couldnt have asked for a better experience (I would give them a sixth star if available). Thank you.

I had a great experience at All Care from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and professional. I was especially impressed by Jordan. The facility is extremely clean, and the I was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I highly recommend it to anyone seeking urgent care.

I’m sitting outside the doctors office right now because they refuse to see me. I have bronchitis I know the symptoms and I made this appointment drove to the area I called to ask for parking and the lady told me that she called to confirm my appointment yesterday. Mind you I made the appointment 11 o’clock last night on zocdoc.Their recording says they’re open for in person visit and video but they refuse to see me because I didn’t have a recent Covid test. It’s 1015 if that was a criteria they should’ve sent that to me in a text or have it on the vm so I could’ve had it done this morning I’m so upset right now I’m literally just sitting outside Dr. Zachary Strickland‘s office. I did a video doctors appointment before and the doctor roof did not call my prescription in I went to the pharmacy two days looking for this information and I was in excruciating pain and that is why I wanted an in person visit but I wasn’t given an option with this doctor until I showed up at the door. Now I have to go to urgent care.

Very easy process to get tested for COVID-19.Have a 5 minute virtual visit at a conveniently scheduled time. Then go to the drive through COVID-19 test at an unscheduled time. That only takes about 5 minutes. Then you’re done!They state that it could take 2 to 3 days to receive the results but in my two tests it’s only taken one or two days.

After a short virtual visit with them for my next day’s Covid test, doctor recorded me - a female patient as male, I had to call them to correct that in next day.Can’t send my gap insurance info to them after many attempts over phone calls... Different people gave me different answers with different email addresses! On their website, email addresses are not valid, I can’t send info that way.Operation and management is a mess!

Ive had two visits to AllCare, the first for an ekg and an exam. The second for just an EKG. I made the appointments on line and I was seen right on time. Both visits were exactly what I needed with no attempt to offer me any extras. The office is very clean and the staff is very professional. They billed my insurance with no problems. I saw doctor Jill Captain. I liked her a lot.

I received excellent medical care on my first appointment at AllCare, which was with Dr. Jill Captain for a well-woman checkup. Dr. Captain is friendly, interested, and caring, asks questions relevant to my overall health and well-being, listens, and answers questions. I could not ask for more in a primary care doctor. Appointments are easy because you can go on a walk-in basis or you can book an appointment by phone during office hours or online 24/7 (which is what I did). Online, you can even choose the specific provider you wish to see. They conveniently offer evening and weekend office hours. The staff is very friendly. Parking is complimentary in the underground parking garage. They are in-network for a lot of healthcare plans. I highly recommend this medical practice.

The doctors and receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly. I love visiting this place. However, the wait time is extremely long and I have observed this every time I visit this clinic. Hopefully, it gets better.

Since moving to the area, I’ve tried a few different doctor’s offices as my “go to.” I’ve been coming here for the past few months (strep, COVID testing, check ups on random stuff, etc), and I’m very happy! I’ve seen 3 different doctors - all are great. I really like Dr. Jill Captain! She was very tentative, listened, gave advice/feedback, and was extremely knowledgeable. The office is well run and well staffed. The technicians are also very friendly and make you feel comfortable when they take your vitals prior to doctor coming in. There aren’t ever issues with billing/insurance. Only “complaint” is parking. I’ll be staying with this office 100%. Their patient portal is also extremely easy to use snd very informative of your health visits, medications, etc. Its also very easy to schedule an appointment (in person or virtual) through their online portal.

I visited this facility Saturday due to persistent headache.Never been a fan of going to the Doctor but if I can give Dr.. Tatevik Mikaelyan 100 Stars, I would. She is exceptional! Very courteous and knowledgeable. With very positive attitude,, she took her time and listened to my concerns and made good evaluation and suggestion.She also followed up on the result of my MRI and explained it in good details and once again, took her time to advise for better recovery.Thank you very, very much Dr. Mikaelyan.

Dr. Jill Captain and Dr. Kerri Gray are fantastic! Wouldnt have my experience at AllCare any other way (except maybe a shorter wait time, but hey what can you do).

I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Kerri. She is so lovely. They do have a phlebotomist, Jordan. Jordan withdrew ny blood in such a professional way. It didnt hurt at all!

I always feel well taken care of. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Captain is a good listener and an even better diagnostician. Zeroed in on the issue and assured me in its resolution.

This was one of the best visits I’ve had. Everything is very clean and they make sure to keep the waiting room socially distant. You may wait a bit (everything is different now and our friends in the medical community feel it the most), but it’s worth waiting for true attention.I also have to applaud the nurse who took my blood. It’s the very first time in my life that I didn’t feel a thing.There are great people working here.Thank you all!

Very efficient once the relevant data have been input. Both doctors I have met were pleasant, efficient and responsive. The COVID-19 test arrangements available in Bethesda could not be quicker or easier. Im very satisfied.

The doctor was 35 minutes late to my virtual appt but I know delays happen. I left the virtual chat after waiting but she called me right back and efficiently answered my questions. I got a COVID test at the Bethesda drive through and they were fast and pleasant—even though the test itself was no fun!

This practice has served me well for several years. All of the docs and PAs are amazing. They are very gracious and take time with their patients while freely sharing information and options. I highly recommend this practice.
