I got a flu shot here last year and it went well. This year, I called last week and they told me to come in any time before they close. Came with about an hour to spare, the place is closed, no explanation. Glad there was nothing urgent. Came in again and was greeted by a front desk person with a mask down his chin. He was there by himself and everything, but no attempt to put it on with customer walking in. Had to ask him to do so. Totally unprofessional for a medical office. Not going back.

We have been here a few times when my children have had fevers or other symptoms of minor health issues.Weve been very pleased with how responsive and thorough the practitioners have been. They have done a physical evaluation and run rapid tests to check for strep and mono when needed.Theyve also drawn blood to send in for labs. their practitioner was very quick and efficient and drawing blood on the kids when it has been needed. While we would go to the emergency room for anything that was severe a visit to this Urgent Care Center has been very quick and much less expensive for minor health issues that require immediate attention.

WARNING: Do NOT visit this urgent care. Read ALL the negative reviews, first (most are accurate). This is the most unprofessional, careless, untrained staff Ive ever interacted with. The doctor (and owner of this facility who was sitting on the stairwell), refused to speak with me (after he prescribed me the incorrect medication) unless I paid to be seen by him again. I was told by the front desk attendant (who, sadly, has no experience--assuming shes very new and clearly hasnt been trained yet--not her fault) that they were very busy, so unless I paid to see him again, Dr. Eric Fleber would not speak to me about prescribing me incorrect medication. She referred to an empty waiting room with staff laughing and lounging, and the doctor hanging out on the stairwell right behind the front desk as very busy. Not to mention the fact that she was just going to let me sit in the waiting room without saying anything. I had to pry just to get her to speak to the doctor. Wow! What a horrific experience. This facility doesnt even deserve one star.Do yourself a favor and go to Bethesda Immediate Care instead! The staff and doctors there are absolutely wonderful.

Had a fantastic experience here- probably the best I’ve ever had from a primary care doctors office. I had barely any wait and the doctor and nurse were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient- didn’t try to rush me out of there or anything. I needed follow-up imaging so the front desk staff even called over to the radiology place to see if they had an immediate appointment for me (they did!) The doctor also followed up and stayed in the loop on the results of the imaging even though I had transitioned to a specialist, which I thought was above and beyond for an urgent care facility. long story short many tests later I ended up needing surgery so I was grateful that they didn’t brush off my symptoms and sent me for follow up testing and showed such concern and care. Will definitely return here with any further ailments!

Top 5 worst customer service experiences Ive ever had: I have consistently been treated poorly by the customer service end of this facility. While the doctors performed their examinations and treatments sufficiently, the administrative personnel have treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by walking through the door. I just called with a billing question and the person on the phone (who apparently is the owner) was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was asking my question. For such a mundane task, there really is no excuse for having a horrible attitude. When I called right back, a woman answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened moments prior, and she said that I had spoken to the owner and that there was nothing she could do because she just works there. I dont know if he was having a bad day, but his behavior was totally uncalled for. The hand full of times that Ive been there before this, the administrative staff have been very short with me, never made eye contact, and seemed very annoyed by the presence of patients in general. For example, when I first walked in, I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I stood in front of the man in the window and said hi and was still ignored. After standing there awkwardly, I started explaining what my medical issue was and the man put a clipboard in front of me while I was in mid-sentence without saying a word to me. I sat down, filled out the form, turned it in, and sat back down to wait still without anything having been said to me. It was very bizarre. I was feeling too sick to complain and I thought it was a fluke, so I stupidly went back the next time I needed urgent care --- only to be treated similarly. If patient care is not something that they enjoy doing, why not just do something else to make money?

Nicole did a thorough exam talking me through everything she was doing and why. She stepped out to discuss with her attending, then came back with clearly written instructions for medication and a print-out of information for a local ophthalmologist, along with a referral stating the condition for which to evaluate. The only downside is parking is very limited. Overall it was a great experience (under the circumstances) and I highly recommend MedOne if anyone is in need of an urgent care.

This was the most unprofessional and negligent experience Ive ever had with a doctor. Dr. Eric Felber was extremely rude and unhelpful. I took my infant there with a fever. Without even asking any questions about his symptoms or even introducing himself, he walked in and said which ear? He proceeded to try and examine the ear, but since there was too much wax he tried to clean it. He could not get it clean and just walked out. A few seconds later the nurse asked me if I wanted to fill the prescription there! He never gave me a diagnosis and when I asked to speak to him he said that my infants ear was a little red and he has an ear infection and he proscribed antibiotics. When I pressed him he said that was his recommendation and I could follow up with my pediatrician. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and actually misdiagnosed my infant because he could not clean and examine the ear properly. I took my infant to his pediatrician the next morning and she said his ear was clear and no ear infection! This was absolutely the worst experience Ive had at a medical facility and I will certainly never be going back again. Ive never written a review for anything, but since I felt strongly about this, I figured its worth warning others if they are considering this center. This is in response to the response from Med One clinic below (which I am assuming is from Dr. Felber):I never gave my infant the wrongly proscribed antibiotics that you recommended. So, the ear infection did not disappear over night because of the antibiotics that I never gave him. Our pediatrician the next morning told us it was viral and my infant continued to have a high fever for 3 additional days. so he wasnt actually feeling better because of the antibiotics you proscribed, which again, he never took. If you are incapable of seeing infants in this clinic then I would have much rather had you turn us away than proscribe antibiotics for a diagnosis that was wrong. If you do not know how to clean infants ears and you can not properly examine them, then you should have simply said this instead of pretending to have seen the ear. It is the responsibility of doctors to be honest. New Years Eve Day should not impact your ability to do your job. Your job is to see patients if you are on call, regardless of the day of the year. Again, if you have not been trained in infant care then that should be clearly stated so parents know the limitations of your clinic and not waste their time, money, etc.. Honesty is always appreciated, especially from a medical professional.

Ive been going to Med-One urgent clinic for a couple years now. Dr. Felber is typically my MD Point of Contact, and I cant believe I receive the level of attention and follow-up which I do. I dont know if they have other Doctors on staff, but in my humble opinion - they dont need to.I dont think Ive seen my GP over the past two year period, except for my annual checkup. The co-pay is higher for urgent care, but the additional 25 bucks is money well spent. I am always seen with in 15 minutes of dropping in. The office is two blocks from my office, and the Dr. always is patient and gives me plenty of time to answer my questions...and I have many. I demand a pretty high bar for medical care, and anything else I find critically important, and this organization exceeds those expectations consistently.

I was told by a MedOne that co-pay was $30 - which I paid at the time of my visit - but latter was billed for a co-pay almost 3 times that amount. When I called to raise this issue I was told it was not their problem and that I did not understand how insurance worked. If you want to deal with medical professionals who make mistakes, refuse to acknowledge any error on their part, and then blame you, MedOne will be a good fit.in response to owner - the co-pay is easily determined by the service provider at time of service. Your people made a mistake, no big deal - it became issue of professionalism after your people, and now you, refuse to accept any responsibility for an error associated with your medical practice. Not the kind of medical professionals I will recommend - thus the review.

I love MedOne. Dr. Felber is great! A good doctor is one who is always there whenever you need him. I would make him my PCP if I could, but having him do annual physical exams defeats the purpose of urgent care, right?I went there a few times for different medical situations for me, my husband and my toddler. Waiting time was short most of the time. For people leaving negative feedback about waiting time, I think they dont understand the point of urgent care-Its a walk-in service, get there, get in line, wait til others ahead of you are treated, then its your turn, there is no appointment system. If you cant afford a wait up to 30 minutes, go to ER! Even my 2-yr old liked this place when she came in for bug bits. There is a play house and a fish tank to keep her entertained. The best thing about this clinic is that they have medicine for purchase right there so it saves you a trip to the pharmacy. If you are at the point of going to urgent care, who cares about paying $10 out of pocket for antibiotics that you desperately need right away!?I have recommended Dr. Felber to all my family and friends.

I took my six year old son there because he had cut his thumb in Kindergarten that day and the bleeding kept restarting. I was introduced to a student doctor, and a man who seemed to be dressed as a nurse led us to an examination room. Once there (who never introduced himself or asked my sons name) started to clean the wound, prodding and reopening, making it bleed again (the wound was quite deep- another quarter inch and the tip of his thumb would have been cut off). My son becan screaming with pain. The student nurse and I both tried to calm him, but he was inconsolable, in large part because the man KEPT opening it, and cleaning it, and opening, and cleaning it over and over. My son was getting hysterical and the man just got more and more short with him. Finally I said, Hey, please remember hes only little, give him a break. The man said, Well, how old is he?? I said, 6. Hes in Kindergarten. The man said nothing, but seemed to get even angrier. He and the woman decided to glue the wound shut, which they did, accompanied by more hysterics from my son (one of the staff did bring him a popsicle to try to calm him, but it didnt work). After they were done, we started to leave and all of the staff was standing looking at us as though something was wrong. I asked if we needed to sign out or anything, and the girl at the front looked uncomfortable and said, I dont know... looking at one of the nurses. Finally, a nurse came to me and said, Were going to do something more for the wound. I had thought they thought I did something wrong, but I now I came to understand they thought the TREATMENT was wrong. She took us back into the room (which brought on a fresh freak out from my son), and proceeded to tape the wound shut using small steri-strips. In retrospect, this was likely all he needed from the beginning. She was much calmer and much more understanding, but my son was still in a lot of pain and has decided he hates all doctors and hospitals based on this experience. I will grant that he was quite hysterical, but he is SIX. These people are supposed to be trained in the CARE of patients, AND they are supposed to be ADULTS. This experience was sloppy, and stressful, and terrifying for my son, and just weird overall and we will certainly never be going back.

I had been recovering from a bad cold for a little too long so I dropped in to make sure I didnt have anything more serious. The receptionist took my information right away and within five minutes I was in the examination room - and that was the end of the prompt, professional service I received here. I waited for 10 or 15 minutes for a doctor to come, which I found strange because I was the only patient there when I walked in. The receptionist/nurse finally came back in and told me that the doctor had to step away for a few minutes but will be right back. I asked how long he was likely to be and she said she didnt know but told me to continue waiting. I almost left immediately and wish I had. After another 15-20 minutes, the doctor finally appears and with no acknowledgement of anything unusual, examined me for about a minute and a half, told me I was sick (which I knew already) and offered to write me a prescription for cough medicine. My $35 co-pay bought me about 40 minutes of wasted time, an unprofessional examination, and a prescription that was not obviously better than the over the counter cough syrup I was taking already. This kind of behavior isnt tolerated in other customer service industries and I dont see why it should be in health care. I wont be going back, which is a shame since this place should be very convenient for me.

About 8 weeks ago, I got a new dog, started construction on my home and found myself experiencing an increasing amount of stress at work. And, then, I started to have breathing issues. I was air hungry day and night, and went to the ER twice, in addition to multiple allergists, internists and pulmonologists, all of whom diagnosed me with anxiety and/or allergies. I started taking xanax on a regular basis, took a vacation from my house and my dog, and found that nothing made me feel better. I was struggling and becoming very depressed. I was worried I would never be the same again. At 8pm on a Saturday night, I decided to give the MedOne a try. Well, the stars were shining on me that night because Nicole walked in. She patiently and calmly listened to my entire story, explained why she would or would not put me on this or that drug, and sent me home with Prednisone. Turns out, I had an asthma flare up, I believe due to the brutal winter, that was causing me to have chronic inflammation. Well, not even five days later, I was all better!!!have seen Nicole since, and have told her that she is my angel. I feel truly blessed to have had her ear during one of the most frustrating health situations in my adult life.Thank you, Nicole and to MedOne for joining the Bethesda community. Im truly grateful!!

I didnt wait for too long to be checked. However, they gave me an injection for my allergic reaction and sold me medicine. I got up the next day and had the same reaction again.

MedOne has incompetent staff. I went in to seek treatment and they told me that my insurance was invalid - Blue Cross. When I called Blue Cross they said that I was still covered but that MedOne never called to confirm proof of benefits. I will never go back there again.

They are extremely rude and arrogant and I even saw the medical Director Dr. Felber verbally abusing his staff.
