I had the same experience with the same pharmacist as Paul F describes below. In my case the young pharmacist went so far as to call my doctor without my prior knowledge or approval. Im surprised that my doctor entertained the call as his policy is not to allow pharmacists to come between him and his patients.The young pharmacist needs to remember , or if necessary be reminded, that he is not a MD, and that he should not make a practice of questioning a doctors judgment, particularly where he knows nothing of the related history.

The people at this pharmacy are generally nice and do a great job. However, there is one male pharmacist (I believe he is Asian although I do not know his name) who questioned my doctors prescriptions and refused to fill my prescriptions because he didnt feel like overriding certain insurance presets. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, have had the same medications and all of a sudden this individual has the audacity to question my PCPs decision/rationale for prescribing my meds? Unbelievable. He refused to fill it and I had to threaten to sue him personally if I experienced any sort of life-threatening withdrawal symptoms at which point he told me a different pharmacist was taking over the 3pm shift. Waited until 3pm and had my regular meds filled no problem. This is the only rude and unprofessional pharmacist at this location. Glad I dont ever have to deal with him again. All other employees are great!

The pharmacy counter clerk was wearing a face shield to protect herself, but NOT a FACE MASK to protect others. Someone working for a pharmacy should know better.

These people are always great. They have to deal with some very self-important people at times, yet always seem to keep their cool. Ive been going there for years, and am more than happy to to drive out of my way to have them help me.

Ive never had an issue coming here. Their service is prompt considering the number of patients they see on a regular basis. When I was in extreme pain from an ear infection, they rushed my prescription so I could pick up my medication in just over 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk who checks you out is always really sweet, but you can tell she has to deal with a lot of entitled a-holes. Follow the Golden Rule yall!

They nearly always (there have been a couple of glitches) provide high quality and friendly service. I read the other reviews and while I understand others have not had a similar experience, my experience has been generally excellent.

A 15 minute wait to get the flu shot turned into a 40 minute wait. They also don’t inform you when it is time to get your shot they just assume that you know how the system works there even if it’s your first time. The women at reception was nice but the pharmacist was very argumentative and rude. I will not come here again.

This pharmacy has never been able to receive my prescription and have it available. I have to actively manage the process by calling the doctors office and the pharmacy to make sure they receive my prescription. Ill be changing pharmacy soon.

Extremely rude pharmacist. She is probably over worked and stressed out, but made what should have been a pretty simple visit a very stressful experience. Just went for my flu shot, definitely won’t be back

Went from five stars to one. They cant seem to get ther act straight. They keep messing up the simplest of things over and over.At this rate they will kill a customer soon.

Worst service of any pharmacy I have experienced. Do not follow up and minimum wait in the line is at least 10 minutes while the pharmacy service is talking to their clients. No consideration for the people waiting in line...

Pharmacist in charge was extremely rude. I was rushed into paying for my prescription while trying to ask questions and look up my prescription information. Will never pick up at this pharmacy again.
