This is a wonderful practice. The staff are all super friendly and the office is always nice and clean! I see Laura Heller. She is wonderful! You can tell she loves her job. She is very thorough in her care and is always checking in when needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about both Laura and the practice!

Kellys office is seamless. For vaccines, urgent care, physicals and chronic diseases. She provides this care for my family of three. The staff is so easy to work with, esp Sarah, Natasha at the front desk. I love her RN Christina, super efficient and helpful during my covid testing. Recently saw Laura H, NP who was thorough and answered all my questions. I love their options for a DC office and now Clarksville if needed.

Went to Kelly Goodman, NP and Associates for a COVID test and I was in and out in no time. Their nurses make it so quick and easy and as comfortable as possible! NP Laura Heller was absolutely stellar and so incredibly sweet and does a great job. They have great staff that are so genuine and really care about each of their patients!

I love my NP Terese and the experience I’ve had so far. Office staff is super friendly and helpful as well, and In my search for a primary care giver I’ve never felt so listened to and interacted with a practitioner who genuinely wants to help me, takes their time and cares. I’m sure the other practitioners are wonderful as well. In addition, the portal is so useful in reaching out to your provider for medical questions any time with prompt responses. Great practice overall!

I’ve never looked forward to my checkups before I had Kelly Goodman as my primary care provider. I’ve been with Kelly for 10 years, from the opening of her office in Bethesda and she has always been a pleasure to work with. Kelly and her partners always make me feel as if I am cared for and they are knowledgeable, warm and responsive. It’s easy to make an appointment, get refills and I never feel rushed during an appointment. The office stays up to date on all the most recent and effective technology & procedures. They are, simply the best. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t answer the phone, my fiancé had to call them a few time, every time aha was on hold and was transferred from one person to another. Finally she was told they will call her back but they never did.We switched to another physician.

Kelly and her team are nothing short of the best. I experience kind, diligent, compassionate medical treatment and when urgency calls, shes there. I highly recommend her firm.

I am not an ongoing patient of Dr Goodman and had not visited her practice before, but I was considering whether or not to have a Covid antibodies test and they were offering them....I called and talked with someone who took my insurance information and told me that I would be charged $150 for the test and insurance would cover the cost of the office visit. I had the test done. It took 10 minutes top for a nurse practitioner to draw some blood. I was charged $300 which was discounted by my insurance to $245. I wouldnt have paid that amount for a test and ended up feeling really taken advantage of. I e-mailed the office to let them know of the misunderstanding. They literally just texted me another invoice without comment and mailed another invoice that week. No, were so sorry for the misunderstanding, just pay up. The tests BTW are not FDA approved. I was tested early, early and I wish I had more information prior to going in. I would not recommend using this office for Covid testing.

Kelly and her team are the best. This has changed how I manage my own healthcare because it is easy to get an appointment and everyone in the office LISTENS so they help solve your health problems, with a smile.

I have been a patient of the practice for approximately 9 months now. I have recently discovered close friends are clients also. Collectively, we cannot say enough good things about Kelley and Christina. If you live in Bethesda, want an excellent, easy to use, easy to get in, friendly, compassionate, group of Primary Care qualified practitioners….a group you can call in the morning, and bee seen the same day, AND an awesome office manager. This is one of the finest medical practices youll find anywhere. Kelly Goodman is a legendary Nurse Practitioner whose professional skills put doctors to shame. Her sharp diagnostic abilities , and her remarkably empathetic manner combine to offer care of the whole patient. She not only treats the illness and does the preventative care but she manages to soothe the anxieties with a demeanor that is both bubbly and reassuring. Her colleagues are the same, highly skilled and a joy to deal with. Ive used Kelly as a provider almost since she began and her care has always been superb, through various conditions that have ranged from routine to serious. Kelly and her associates are a marvel.

Kelly Goodman has been my primary care provider for the past 8 years. Without a doubt, I have consistently received highly skilled and compassionate care from Kelly. I feel very fortunate to be a patient in her practice.
