Observing Covid-19 protocols can be unpleasant after almost 2 years, but I was pleasantly surprised it was an easy and quick process at the clinic. Wait time was about 5 minutes -if that, then I was led to the examining room by a kind PA who was very professional and empathetic; what actually made my visit a great one was Dr. Ann Lindgren, she listen to my concerns and was very understanding, her demeanor and knowledge put me at ease and has left me confident about her care. 100% Recommend them!!

Dr. ONeill has been my doctor for years. This past visit was the usual thorough checkup. The waiting time has never been an issue on any visit, and it couldnt have been more than five to seven minutes before I was in the doctors office, even though I had to fill out the required coronavirus questionnaire and reiterate for 2021 what I had already written for 2020.The staff is competent and very friendly, and the waiting room is thoughtfully arranged for spacing during the pandemic.

All aspects of my recent office visit were good.The check in process was easy and quick.Wishing a few minutes - I was called to go to an examination room - where a nurse took notes about the purpose of my visit.Dr. Jaffe soon came to see me - and he already knew the items that I wanted him to evaluate.His evaluation was promptly made - and he took care of 2 of my skin issues right away.The other 2 skin issues were minor and did not need immediate treatment. The whole treatment process was efficient and effective - just the way it was supposed to be. Very impressive.

Dr. Jaffe is always extremely responsive to whatever my dermatological concerns are. His treatment for injecting my keloid scars, to reduce them, has been very effective.

The nurse practitioner, Aileen, at Mont Co Anne Arundel Dermatology is professional and efficient, along with being responsive and likeable. Her diagnoses seem to have been spot on over the years Ive been seeing her when doctors are not available, and she treats the diagnoses with success. On one occasion that she felt she needed input from a doctor, a doctor came in to advise. I feel comfortable going to see her and highly recommend her and the practice.

Dr. Lindgren is always cheerful, informative, on time and thorough. She checks my pelt regularly and keeps me skin cancer free.

Good experience over several years. Dr. ONeill has taken care of several issues with skin cancers. Have had no issues with the practice. I normally dont give five star reviews unless theres some spectalcular thing to comment on. This is a good solid medical practice.

What made me smile is that you are a group of docs whose concern is about the skin and when I went to grab a pen for the paperwork, there were NONE in the clean jar. When I left 40 minutes later, there were still NONE in the clean jar. Ironic dont you think? I am quite sure the jar was not filled while I was there. I also noticed one woman who took her chair out in the hallway as it was too crowded for her. You were not practicing safe distancing(even if you dont think it necessary, others do).

Dr. Lindgren is excellent. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to us. The office is run efficiently and our prescriptions were called in before we left the office. Highly recommend Dr. Lindgren.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jaffe for about 20 years. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I trust him in all areas related to skin care and dermatology. I couldn’t ask another thing of him or the practice in general.

If you see I brought my toddler to see you then at least engage with the child before jumping right into the topic. I would say poor bed manner by Dr. O’Neil. He didn’t ask any questions- just walked in with his assumptions and said what he had to say for 30 seconds and prescribed medicine and left. I could get a better warmer service from an App. Why do I need to pay to meet a human being when you are going to be so robotic. So I give this place A+ for pill writing and D- for customer service and bed manners.

The office runs smoothly, from check in to check out. All COVID safety precautions are followed. As usual, Dr. Jaffee was on time for the appointment and examined me thoroughly. All instructions are clearly given.

The waiting room is arranged so that patients are kept far apart. They are extremely efficient. I didnt wait more than 3 or 4 minutes after arriving until I was called to go back to the exam room. I have had an issue for several years and was not even examined by other doctors who gave me diagnoses based on nothing. Dr. Jaffe and his wonderful staff actually listened to me. It brought me to tears to actually be seen heard and respected. The fact that they gave me hope of a resolution to my issue is almost besides the point. They saw me as a person and at least advanced my case towards an actual solution.

I thought the services rendered by Dr. Jaffa and his staff were excellent. However, my only problem was with the call center used to schedule appointments. They sent me to Chevy Chase instead of Bethesda, Md. Luckily, I was able to keep my scheduled appointment anyway. And when I called the call center to express my concerns about what happened, they told me that they couldn’t read the name of the person that scheduled my appointment. I say, how convenient but that’s not ok. 😡

I am a new patient at the practice . I just went in for a general exam. The experience was seamless from reception to visit with my Dr. Archana Sangha. She was kind and knowledgeable. Answered my questions . I asked how I could lose my “11” and she suggested a treatment that worked for me. Every one was so nice and COVID-19 protocols are strictly in place. Then I went back for another issue. Misreading my calendar, I was late! But the receptionist pled my case and with just a little wait time, I was seen. I am grateful.

The best part of the experience is that Dr. Jaffee really knows his stuff. He was my fourth dermatologist before my problem was solved.I went back again the other day for a totally different problem, having some things removed from my face. He didnt drag it out over two or more appointments as they sometimes do in other offices. I showed up, he came in, he took a look, he got the tools and an under 5 minutes I was all done everything cut off.In the meantime he is also friendly and kind. Great sense of humor.
