Dr. Horowitz is a kind, knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about helping her patients. I especially appreciate her matter-of-fact delivery and her sense of humor. She asks many questions and goes out of her way to get referrals that suit the patients needs. A couple of our family members have seen her and we all loved her. Im someone who hates going to the doctor but Dr. Horowitz eased my fears and made the whole visit comfortable and informative. I highly recommend her!
I had a first time appointment for a physical with Dr. Horwitz today and it was not a pleasant experience. I was 10 minutes early, the staff and person that checked me in and took my vitals were all very nice. 30 minutes post appointment time I inquired about her whereabouts, she came in and proceeded to lecture me about how doctors are always late and if you need a doctor thats on time, maybe you should go somewhere else. 5 or 10 minutes late is fine but 30 minutes with no updates is just rude. What a nasty person.
