Test results are consistently within agreed turn around times and thorough. Good lab overall, we use them heavily. Some personnel changes after changing to Enthalpy have left some organizational gaps, leading irritating mistakes lately. Crossing my fingers that I will be able to bump up to 5 stars in near future.
