Fantastic staff and results . Couldn’t be happier .

Dr. Chun is always wonderful! I love how friendly she always is, and her staff is always wonderful as well. The assistants always answer all of my questions and take as much time as I need to feel comfortable. I will be taking my children to Dr Chun as well!

My daughter had her braces done by this office and Dr. Chun removed them before her treatment was complete. Her midline (her front teeth) were not straight and an overbite. Another orthodontist confirmed they were taken off prematurely. When contacted they said theyd file a claim with their insurance and would take care of it - then waited until the statute of limitations expired and then refused. We have no legal recourse any longer. We have all of the pictures and proof. Their response eventually became, well, she wanted them off so we took them off. Thats like a surgeon saying, well the patient didnt want the entire appendix out so we just took out half. Since when does a Dr. take direction from a kid? Anyway, I suppose they can do a good job but be aware that if you claim they didnt, theyll string you along and not back up their work. All we wanted was for them to correct her teeth, which cost over $5,000.in response: does Dr. Chun no longer work there? Your response states it was the former owner. Dr Chun removed the braces.update Feb. 2019: contacted office and spoke with Sue, they offered to see my daughter but refused to correct her teeth without charge. I was asked why would you come back here, you dont like us? I explained that they still had over $5,000 of income from my family and they were responsible to finish the work. Then, after checking and calling me back newly claimed that when the braces were removed they advised my daughter (a minor) that her teeth were not yet done and my daughter demanded the braces come off, which my daughter says is an outright lie. The bottom line is that their response to my review was wed be happy to see your daughter - what they left out was . .so we can charge you more. Again, maybe they do good work for some, but they did not stand behind their work in our case and now state they will remove braces prematurely at the request of your kids. (lastly, my daughters care was partially under the current owner, Dr. Chun - she was the one who evaluated the final braces work and removed them - contrary to their response).

They are the best around. They try really hard to make sure I am happy. At my friends orthodontist she sees a bunch of different doctors. I always see Dr. Chun she is really nice. Her workers are amazing.

I loved coming here so much! Your staff is amazing, Im going to miss them. Dr. Chun is the nicest and I really recommend going to her. She made my teeth look so much better and really worked with me.

I would say that Dr. Buchanan and his staff are hands down the best in the area. Anything that has to do with orthodontia is a big investment and it was very important to me that I did my research and found the most qualified dentist. Dr. Buchanan is personable and his entire staff makes me feel at home when I walk in the office. They make my visits as enjoyable as they can and I really appreciate all of their hard work.

Their staff members are highly trained and welcome to help. Their plans for braces are specific and direct towards the correct end goal. Dr. Chan is a highly trained professional and I look forward to seeing her again.

I was definitely anxious to get my braces but after meeting with Dr. Buchanan I felt so much better. He explained the steps he would take and gave me a timeline so I knew what to expect. Im almost done with my braces and I cant wait to see how great my teeth look thanks to Dr. Buchanan and his staff.

Anyone can tell Dr. Buchanan is a great orthodontist from just looking at my teeth before and after. I was a patient of his for three years and I really liked how personable everyone was. They explained everything to me and the office was never too crowded.

I was very nervous about getting braces put on and how they would look. Dr Buchanan recommended that I go with the invisalign feature. with no wires or brackets this was definitely the way to go, theyre also pretty comfortable and some people even have a hard time noticing them. Im very pleased

My teeth are looking great because of Dr. Chun. Shes a highly skilled orthodontist and a nice person. I dont think there is any better way to express my happiness with this practice other than with my new smile!
