I really like Downtown Dental Benicia. The waiting area is really nice. The staff really gets to know you and everything now feels very familiar. Im not nervous to go to the dentist any more since I have been with this practice.

The whole office is wonderful! Dr. Elder gives you a tour of his office and explains to you what each of his new modern machines and equipment does. Had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and barely felt any pain at all after the first two days!

The check in and check out process is very good. From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave, everything moves right along. Everyone listens to me and gives helpful insight for my concerns. I am happy with how my visits are conducted.

Ive been going here for a long time and although Dr. Elder recently took over the practice is still consistently providing me with fantastic care. Ive never had any concerns. They all do a great job.

The staff are really friendly. They take care of all my needs. My dentist is always great. The office and all the new equipment they have is excellent.

I highly do not recommend this dental office! Dr. Elder had so much to say about racial issues in the same room i was in and made me really uncomfortable. Also not a very friendly environment to be in.

I had been going there for years. Over the past two, or so, years the staff turn over has been alarming. The Hygentist I usually saw was the only reason I continued to go as the staff changed. I had a problem with a crown installed on a live tooth. I was told it would get better as the tooth calmed. Over a year (of complaining about pain associated with that crown every visit) later the tooth still hurt so bad I was thinking about asking for a root canal. I finally got the crown replaced, heard (but wasnt explained) there was an issue with the installation of the origional crown. I was infromed and assured the crown was covered. Only to get billed over a thousand dollars for it.Needless to say I will not be going back.
