I can’t say enough good things about Dr Naghieh and her staff. I have been a patient of hers for several years now at the recommendation of my brother and have encouraged my children (and anyone who asks) to become patients as well. She’s been my doctor through four gum grafts, a tooth that needed to be pulled, and regular semi annual teeth cleanings. During each different procedure she checks in to be certain you’re comfortable, that you understand what she’s going to do and the care that’s needed afterwards. Not only do you leave the office with all her contact info should you need it, she also checks in with you in the evening to make sure you’re doing ok. She’s empathetic, she cares, and she does it all with humor and kindness. One of my few regrets in life is that I didn’t start going to her sooner.

Ive been taken care of at Belmont Periodontics for a few years now, and I honestly never knew that a dental professional could be so nice - I wish I had found Dr Naghieh years and years ago. She is always patient and kind, takes the time to explain and be informative, genuinely wants the best for her patients, is very sensitive and understanding. I never am in pain while I am in her office - and she always diligently checks in with me to see if I am. Its not just her either - her entire staff are professional, compassionate, and even funny. I never dread an appointment there like Ive done in the past at other offices, and Im very grateful to Dr Naghieh and her staff for being so thorough and lovely.

Informative, efficient, competent delivery of dental health. Dr. Naghieh explained in detail the state of my gums and teeth. She works in the same ecosytem as my primary dentist and they communicate effectively. I am confident and well-assured, eager to follow the steps she outlined.

This dental office is fraud and most of these reviews are fake. When I called to schedule the appointment the receptionist guaranteed me that if I do the comprehensive exam it will be the same cost as the consultation which is $230. I get the cleaning done then the x-rays they did are very bad quality that the other periodontist I went to did not accept them. The periodontist didn’t even do a proper consultation she doesn’t know anything. They went and charged the insurance $560. Thieves and liars and they have no shame

Whomever is cared by her is in very good hands.

Extremely skilled, no-shame practice. I went in after years of neglect and they’ve done an amazing job of getting my mouth back on track. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of periodontal work, but especially folks with neurodivergencies. If you’ve had problems with dentists being jerks and driving you away from needed care, this is the office for you.

I love Dr. Naghieh! I have followed her through various practices, and even though Belmont is the least accessible for me, I still make the trek. She has a very warm personality and is very good at distracting you when she is in your mouth poking, prodding, scraping, or doing whatever needs to be done to keep your gums and teeth healthy.My gums were quite the trainwreck when I first sat in her chair, puffy, swollen and with some overgrowth. Now theyre almost ready for a close up...I just need to floss more!The staff is wonderful too. Friendly, funny, caring and efficient.Also very good at Covid protocol.

Just had a routine cleaning that had been postponed 2.5 months due to COVID. I felt completely safe in the healthy environment Dr. Naghieh and her staff have created. The entry door was propped open, there were plexiglass shields for the receptionist, my temperature was taken, the dental chair was covered in plastic and they had HEPA air filtration going in the operatory. I have been going to Belmont Periodontics for over 12 years and highly recommend them.

Dr. Naghieh is a wonderful and caring person that works to ensure your procedure is as minimally invasive as is possible. I am the recipient of three implants with two being done at the same time. While I am not always the most relaxed patient in the chair, Dr Naghieh made it seem procedural and comfortable throughout the process, always following up, and checking on my well being following all procedures. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her team for dental implant procedures.

Years ago she successfully installed an implant for me; years later I actually managed to break it! Dr. Naghieh is hands down my favorite dental professional ever. Ive needed more than 10 periodontal procedures over the last 12 years, and Dr. Naghieh is my third periodontist. Like the rest, she is first of all, competent. I went to her after a problematic implant (placed by someone else) failed for the second time and had to be removed. It was a difficult procedure made worse because of how close the implant was to a now exposed root of an adjacent tooth. Dr. Naghieh is attentive (she asked the right questions, and communicated appropriately with my dentist), observant (she noticed an issue on the X-rays that my dentist provided that he had missed), re-assuring (she explained concerned and was about as kind and gentle as I could imagine someone in that role being!), and skillful (she got the job done). After several visits observing everyone carefully, Im a huge fan. The entire team is competent, respectful, and caring, yet efficient. Dental work isnt my favorite thing to have done, but Im usually smiling when Im there -- Im grateful for the excellent care, and joyful because they excel at customer service.

Dr Taraneh Naghieh is an extremely competent periodontist and I would like to share my experiences as her patient for the three dental surgeries that she performed on me. As a practicing dentist, I know the complexities of each one. Before starting, Dr Naghieh answered my questions and explained each process to me. She then operated under local anesthesia so that, the only thing that I felt, was her confident, gentle and precise touch.I did not have enough supporting bone for a proposed upper implant. To solve this problem Dr Naghieh proposed and performed a sinus lift, which is a delicate and time consuming procedure. I was administer an over-the-counter analgesic post-operatively and never felt the need to take any further pain medication. I healed well without any complications.My second surgery was for the removal of a failed lower dental implant. This procedure involved separating my existing implant from its surrounding bone while preserving as much bone as possible for a later implant. This required great surgical skill and patience. Once more Dr Naghieh achieved the desired results, and I felt minimal discomfort post-operatively.The simplest of my surgeries was implant placement into the site of my prior sinus lift. Using x-rays to guide her, Dr Naghieh was able to precisely position the implant into my recently regenerated bone. This too was successful and painless for me.Dr Naghiehs staff added a warm and personal touch to my appointments and follow-ups. Her periodontal office is clean, professional, and runs on time. All these things are important to me as both a patient and a healthcare provider.I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Naghieh to my patients and friends who need excellent periodontal care.

I am a general dentist in Watertown MA with almost 40 years of experience. Recently I had an abscess on a molar that needed to be extracted and replaced with a dental implant.
