Where do I begin?... I think we all know the stereotype of visiting a dental office. I have not been to the dentist in a very long time so I was already nervous but everyone here was extremely friendly, respectful and make it so easy and claiming to be around. The office was very clean and teeth cleaning I must say was one of the best experiences I had, very Gentle and always checking in on your comfort level. Carlmont Dental Care is hands down the best dental office I’ve experienced in the Bay Area. I’ve been to numerous dental offices in the area and each one was worse than the last, until I found this place. For starters, the office manager was warm and welcoming upon arrival. She was very helpful and patient when it came to paperwork, insurance and billing. It made a great first impression! During my appointment, Dr. Jiang and her assistant Emily were exceptional! They work very well together which made the whole process easier on me. Both were pleasant, informative and had a strong emphasis on my overall comfort and well being. Dr. Jiang was great at explaining everything in detail to which I could understand. She would share each step with me so I knew what was going on the entire time. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist, and I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Dr. Jiang and her team have cultivated a calming environment -- Their music is perfectly soothing and theyve recently added calming visuals to the monitors in their patient rooms. More impressively, they use the latest in game-changing dental tech without it costing me an arm and a leg. A year ago I came to them with 20 cavities, since then theyve worked with me to strengthen my dental health, and the results have been wonderful. They also made the whole process pain free, they are so gentle and almost comfortable like in a spa! Ive been seeing Dr. Nancy Jiang since 2018. Shes a great dentist: very caring, patient, and gentle. I love that she takes the time to listen. And, she has an impeccable memory.Today, I saw Dr. Jiang for routine cleaning. I wondered how COVID policies would be handled. Dr. Jiangs office was empty (only she and her assistant), so I was relaxed. COVID regulations were handled impeccably.

I have been seeing Dr. Jiang for many years since she was practicing in Mountain View. I am so happy that she moved to some where closer to me. I am very nervous about dental procedure in the past and Dr. Jiang made everything very smooth and easy for me. She also explained everything before the procedure and even pointed out a few things that no one (dentists) have ever told me before.

I’ve been searching for a new dentist near my home and found dr jiang. Her office is very clean and her staff is very professional. I had a few cavities and she gave me a few options. I never felt pushed. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist in the Belmont area.

EDITDisappointing communication when I had a Saturday appointment. My mouth hurt hours after the surgery and there was no response throughout the weekend afterwards. Theres no communication after weekend appointments until Monday! I was in so much pain and had no pain medication.Very much enjoyed the environment, great service, and its the best root canal Ive had in 39 years!

Warning for any potential patients:They give a gift card to people who leave positive reviews, so this rating is completely skewed.Warning for potential and current patients. A year after a procedure for which we payed was done, they continue calling texting emailing asking for some made up meny that we owe them. I spent countless minutes on the phone with them only to receive some made up confirmation or paperwork that seem to have been typed up just to serve their word.In addition, a similar situation happened already once before, where through many emails texts and calls, they charged us a large amount, which we had already paid and which at the same time was higher than they initially said, and only after spending a lot of time on the phone, with many different people, they came to a realization they had made a mistake and had to return that money.Its just a bunch of money-hungry scammers.Also, I didnt bother to write this before, but I once arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late. I sent my teenager ahead as I was occupied with my baby.When we arrived, they let me wait 30 minutes, then brought me into the office, talked about my situation for another 15 minutes (mind you they told me the exact same thing as the visit before, and so they were just stretching time) and then they said it was too late to do any work and sent me away. So they wasted 1.5h of my precious time.
