Dr. Dudley at Northwest Eye Clinic is hands down the rudest doctor I have ever had to experience. I clearly must have caught her on a bad day (and if her recent Health Grades reviews are any indication, that is apparently every day). Expect to wait at least an hour and half in her waiting room because she overbooks her appointments, only to be talked down to, dismissed and given a superficial examination by her for 5 minutes. She did not introduce herself or say hello when coming into the room, did not answer one question, and left without saying goodbye.

A basic experience for exams and then a lasic procedure that went fast and painless. An additional visit to have a procedure on my eyelid in office, very painful procedure however I was walked through each step. It’s now time to have the right eye 👁 done so my vision is back like it was in my youth. A trade as a pipe welder has taken its toll on myself in my retirement years.This place has given me my vision back. As for the front desk, be kind and you will be dealt with accordingly.

Doctor Dudley and her nurses were very nice and caring. If asked I shall recommend this office gladly.

First of all let me start off by saying I haven’t even seen the doctor yet but already I’m not liking it here. The front desk is terribly rude. Her name is Sharon. I wasn’t sure if they received my cancel on text so I showed up to my 10:00 appointment. ( I’m still early, like 15 mins early) so she responds to me You canceled your appointment and the doctor is out sick. I said ok sorry I wasn’t sure if you received the cancellation so I showed up. But the doctor can’t see me anyways right. Her reply was YEA SHES SICK! Common courtesy if you don’t like your job and you can’t be nice to people than you should not be the face of a company. You are the first person that patients see when they walk in. There is no need to be rude!

Great doctor (Dr. Dudley) .great staff. Highly recommend to all.
