Really relaxing atmosphere. Clean, professional, and courteous staff. I was early and just relaxed in their inner lounge until my appointment. Massage therapist was easy to talk with, let her know my needs, issues and what I wanted. She went far and above! Ill be back and never regret my year membership.

I have a membership here and go in once a month for a massage. I have a history of back and neck pain. I see John and he does a great job at loosening up my muscles and ligaments. He hits it just right. He is funny and pleasant. The front office staff is always courteous and welcoming both over the phone and in person. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here! The facility is very clean and calming. Elizabeth at the front desk has a great attitude and was very helpful.My massage was done by Carrie. She was professional, kind, and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable. I will definitely go again.

In the area visiting my daughter. Just had the BEST 90 min. massage from Josh. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I was treated with the best service. The service here is SUPERB! Im from California and used to be a member, but the service that I received today, was the BEST ever. AMAZING customer service. It didnt go unnoticed. To be honest this was my first massage and it was great. She was open and honest and recommended a lot of things to me. My husband enjoyed the massage and great great info. Later after my massage I did notice an attitude after my massage after when she was leaving but other then that the front desk staff were very professional and super sweet. Everyone has different experience, but this one has made me want to come back. The only downside is that with out a membership we were paying 60 a piece for an hour massage, with the membership it’s 70 ten dollars more?This is a great place.

I had Amy and she was fantastic. Its been 4 days and I see and feel the difference. The receptionist was awesome and the service before my massage with really nice I was greeted with the glass water. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in for a massage with my Mom a little while back and it was lovely. I enjoyed the zen room you get to sit in while you wait for the massage, and my masseuse was accommodating and respectful, especially with the injury on my foot. I felt like they were trying a little too hard to sell me on the membership at the end, so I didnt really appreciate that. But overall, it was a great experience.

Best ambiance I have found among the massage places in town. Fairly priced and they run decent specials. If there is ever an issue, they do their best to make it right.

I have only had good experiences with the service here. Booking for my wife and I needs to be done a couple of weeks out, but nonetheless great therapists and front desk service.

I scheduled a massage and received a call that they needed to change my appointment, different provider, different time due to a mistake on their end. That was fine, whatever. Then right when I am leaving for said appointment I got a call that they were cancelling my appointment-the therapist was injured and they didnt have anyone else I could see. This was 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Horrible customer service.

It was nice. I have only had 1 massage there but its a chain business. I am not a huge fan of this for massage but I think they are very professional and its a nice place.

I have been a member for a few years now. I have found the right therapists for my needs. The prices is still reasonable - less than most. I am occasionally annoyed with the sales pressure, but that is mostly in the Murad facial products. (After using them for a month I broke out in rashes).However, I love the convenience of scheduling, the hours of operation and the people are very service oriented.

I was a member for around 2 years. This place is a scam! Always hard to make a reservation, at least always a week out. Staff pushes high pressure sales when you come out of a massage (thats so relaxing to fend off sales tactics...just what Im looking for). Your massages are supposed to stack up but if you want to cancel your membership they try to take them away. Totally illegal since its a service you already paid for and they were already brought to court in a multi class lawsuit for it. ...guess they didnt learn. I found the staff when questioned about their practices to be rude and pushy. I had 2.5 hours of massage that I payed for stolen from me.Bottom line. ..dont join, dont go. Place sucks!

If you do not want a membership, I would not recommend Massage Envy. Over the course of the three times I went in I spent over 30 minutes in the waiting room, much of which was spent turning down uncompassionate attempts to get me to sign a contract. It really took away from the relaxing experience you expect out of a massage. I liked the first therapist I saw, Lynn, quite a bit, and would go back to her if she worked out of a different office. The other therapist did not suit my taste as much, as it felt rushed.

It has taken me a long time to write this review, but the treatment I had at this location has ultimately made me decide I will not be returning to any Massage Envy. I went in for a facial and truthfully I was more comfortable and relaxed when I had to visit the dermatologist and have precancerous skin cells removed then I was going through the facial at this location. The esthetician spent nearly half the time doing extractions, which was rather painful and then used products on my face that he even admitted were not from Massage Envy claiming that he didnt care what people said he only cared about the skin. I am here to say you need to care about what people say... you are providing a service and in this service I believe he failed. And to respond to what I know is going to ultimately be the owners response to this... No I will not be visiting your portal to voice my concerns. These are my concerns and I have now voiced them.

The massage therapists at Massage Envy for the most part do a good job and I enjoyed my experience with them. However I will not recommend or return. They have policies that seam very unfair. DO NOT get a membership you are not able to gift your massages (that you already paid for) to whoever or whenever you want. Also, they have a Very oh well it is our policy attitude towards members. Happy to charge your card every month...no problem. Happy to satisfy members basic request... It is not their policy!!!

Extremely disappointed in the service here. Read the yelp reviews. We were basically tricked into buying a useless gift certificate here, and after leaving a review the owner said I should contact them privately. After doing that they just ignored me completely. After looking through their yelp reviews, they do all of this a lot. I discourage anyone from doing business with a place as frequently dishonest as this.

I was very disappointed in Massage Envy. I was given a gift certificate here, and I wish I never received it. It was unprofessional and the girl who massaged me seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I will not be back here.

At first I was drawn in by the flexible hours (as long as you are flexible with the therapist), but with the monthly price increase (+10/month), the inability to gift massages to someone else without paying $20 to transfer, and if I want to put it on hold, it is $20/month to keep what I already paid for, the business practices are what has me finally break up with Massage Envy. I had serious health problems (two second trimester miscarriages in two years, plus a young child), that required me to halt massages and the best we can do is offer $20/month to put them on extended hold (because I had already used up the very small complementary hold they offered.) (This policy used to be fine, then the policy was changed at the same time of the price increase.).Yes, like other reviewers said, there is a bit of pressure to buy products, but I dont mind saying no firmly.I also know that other people may appreciate the number of calls to say that my dues went through, and would I like to schedule something, but I wish there was a way to have opted out. They always called when I was doing something else and the call was never helpful, always an interruption.Breaking up with Massage Envy is also incredibly complicated, but I am thankful I am almost done with this company.In case you are wondering, yes, I brought my complaints and requests to employees and managers. But this is the policy, and it is the best we can do.

Do not recommend to anyone.
