Package deals are fabulously priced and the team is extremely knowledgeable with skin flaws and concerns. It is unfortunate that I am relocating and cant take them with me. Definitely go to spot when I visit. My tops faves are the microneedling facials, hydra facials, and botox sessions. Microneedling has improved the visibility of my poor, has reduced my forehead and neck wrinkles. The hydra facial rejuvenates my skin to look supple and glowy.

Very unprofessional customer service, No one will listen to you not even the manager..Had an experience to go in for a hydrafacial and when I tried to explain something to the manager, She cut me off and spoke in a yelling voice rather then listening to what i was trying to say! Never would recommend again! They are only trying to make sales!!!

I have loved coming here for the last 1.5 years. The staff is extremely professional. Each one of the laser specialists is nice and the front desk staff is superb. Levi is nice.

My husband has been twice for 2 different services and both times the service didnt work and it was expensive! They dont apologize or even try to fix it.....wont be going back!

I went in for a consultation and i dont normally write reviews, but it was really unprofessional. I went in for acne and scarring and after i shared my story of hormonal acne and all Ive done to cure it (anti inflammatory diet, vegan, allergy tests, horomone balalnce supplements, chemical peels, facials, professional skincare lines, stress management) she starts telling me to use basic hygiene and that would fix me. She clearly hadnt listened to all i had been doing and it felt degrading as she kept interrupting to ask whats wrong with me. When i told her i was going to school for aesthetics she said Oh! So you actually know what youre talking about? She had an acne specialist come in and she was lovely, but as she was trying to tell me what she would do for my skin, the consultant began talking over her saying juice cleanses would fix me. i just about died when in the conversation with the three of us she pointed at me and yelled NO MORE PROCESSED FOODS! As if i hadnt already told her i eat a very clean diet... In the end she wanted to sign me up for a 1200 dollar program but (while pointing at my face) said i would have to sort this out, she couldnt fix it. Iwas going to assume she was new and let it go, but when she gave me her card and it said her position was a manager I was shocked. Im disappointed in this company and will not be going back. When youre treated so disrespectfully and youre better at listening than the consultant thats never a good sign.

Rachel, the technician, has very talented hands and is so helpful answering questions. Dimitra is amazing, always helpful, and knowledgeable on all the new devices and products. I love going here. Its always very clean and always smells great due to the fresh flowers every week.

I went in for a consultation for hyperpigmentation underneath one of my eyes. The woman who took me into the room didn’t even look at my skin and told me to get under eye fillers. I told her that I don’t have dark circles, just a spot of pigmentation under one of my eyes from the sun. She didn’t listen and kept insisting on filler. She called in Rachel (I believe that’s her name) and she actually was listening to what I was trying to say which was nice. Then they brought in the guy that does fillers and he was shocked that the first woman suggested fillers. He said it would do nothing and told me to not let anyone convince me to get fillers, which was reassuring. The first woman then started agreeing and saying she didn’t realize that it was just pigment under one eye (because she never even looked at my skin. I was wearing makeup and she ignored that and just tried showing me YouTube videos of before and after under eye filler.) I’m only 21 and have no need for filler at all so be weary of what is suggested to you here and make sure that they actually listen to you.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience and having nice smelling lotions massaged into your skin, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for professional treatments and dramatic results, then I cant say enough good things about the Bellingham Skin Lounge.

A bit pushy to purchase more, doctor wasnt there when I had a problem that went wrong with my procedure. They wouldnt let me purchase..5ml of filler they said I had to purchase a whole syringe.However it is a clean office, and front desk girl named Rachel was very helpful and she made me feel at ease when something went wrong. Overall it was an OK experience.

I came in looking into filler under my eyes. The staff was very honest in letting me know I really didnt need it. I really appreciate the honesty and them not trying to push me into something I dont need.

Everyone was very inviting and friendly. This was my first experience having this kind of treatment and Dr. Katelyn made me feel at ease by explaining everything she was doing.

Ive had quite a few treatments at kucumber. They do a fantastic job and my skin looks so great thanks to the skin tightening and 1540 laser treatments. I had a microneedling done yesterday. Ill post later for results.
