I can honestly say I appreciate the quick appointment time and review ,the options and choices I was given I really respect the doctor and the office personnel .was exceptional thank you very much.

She was very professional and had very good bedside manners we thought she was great, my grandaughter and i.

Doctor sundquist is hands down the best pediatrician in the southern Illinois area. We literally drive a hour each way just so our children can be seen by her. She’s not the type of doctor who rushes through a visit, she’s very comfortable and relatable and does what she can to make sure you and your child feel good after the visit.

Dr. Sundquist is an EXCELLENT DR. She was my Children’s Pediatrician as well and she is GREAT.

Dr. Sundquist has been my children’s doctor for years! Since Dr. Hodel has gone. Fabulous care from staff & nurses. Always a joy to see my babies grow along side of her care for them. Thank you Dr. Sundquist!

Customer service representative over the phone was awful. First time I called she said “can you hold” and hung up. Second time I called she assumed I was someone and said “is this (someone’s mom)” without out any greeting or anything. She was rushing to receive my information and instead of asking what dates were available for me to bring my child in to see her pediatrician, she just flat out told me a date and that was it. I had to request a different time and then proceeded to say “just a minute, I have to go back now”. Once everything was situated. She said “bye” and hung up. I didn’t appreciate her service because I already had to be on hold for over 7 minutes.

Dr. Sundquist and the team of nurses at Belleville Pediatrics are amazing and sincerely care about your childs health. It is reassuring to know that we still have doctors and nurses who love their job and wear their compassion on their hearts! The receptionists are just lovely too! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone with children!

A heads up for anyone with children that take their child (ren) to this office or looking for a pediatrician. DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE! Dont expect to get a good diagnosis, be told where they send the referral, or get a copy of a shot record. Ive been taking my son there for probably over 2 years. I tried getting him diagnosed for either ADHD, autism, or SPD and tried to figure out why his feet kept causing him pain. I was first told that it was just behavior at home, theres nothing wrong with his feet, etc... So Dr. Hodel apparently retired or switched offices. So we see a different doctor. She referred us to an orthopedic and the knights of columbus, we were told we will call in a few days to give the appointment info. So over a week goes by I have to call for info. Got the orthopedic appt., but was told have to talk to the lady that does referalls her name is Rosemary for other. I call back and get told they will call you blah blah wait another week. I waited 2 weeks! Call again and get told they put you on a waiting list and when someone cancels they will call, earliest I might get in I October, explained cant wait long etc., and was given attitude and told pretty much too bad and wouldnt give me the info to call the place.I go in today to get a copy of his shot record and was told its going to be a while everyone is too busy, come in tomorrow to get a copy!Are you serious? I could see if I was requesting his whole medical records but 1 piece of paper!That is why I switched to cardinal glennon
