One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to use the last month of my membership for 3 months now and every time I schedule an appointment my appointment is canceled. Had a contract stating when my monthly fees were going to be taken out of my account but massage heights would just take the funds out of my account whenever they wanted to. Was supposed to have my last massage in 3 days was called this evening and told it was canceled and now they cannot fit me in until the end of August. Finally decided to call my bank and file a claim to have my money refunded. Would definitely not recommend this company!

Love Kat for deep tissue massages. They do prefer you to be a member. They have about of massage therapists. The music played is a bit of obnoxious at times. If you have any massage expect it to be ten minutes shorter. 5 minutes to get undressed and 5 minutes to get dressed. Friendly and helpful staff. And what is great, is if my masseuse isnt there, they can recommend another one with similar massage styles and techniques.

I want to start by saying I did like the massaged I received over the years. The LMTs were knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They deserve to work somewhere else that treats them well. MH is a money making business that cares little about its employees and less about the customers. Ive been coming for years and recently theyve cancelled appointments on me for four months in a row, all the while taking $70 dollars out of my account. If it were my business, I would try to get the customers in later that same day in that situation. They just keep pushing me TO THE NEXT MONTH. No manager has contacted me after Ive requested it, nor have they refunded me my money. All I get are hollow apologies from the receptionist. I will try to get my $280 owed to me for no services rendered, but I doubt that. As of this writing, was cancelled again this morning, the day of my appointment. They charge for cancellations on short notice, but I get nothing. I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to a manager TODAY. That was at 10:00 this morning. Its quarter past three in the afternoon now. If you want a massage, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I called Massage Heights three times and emailed them once in order to set up an appointment for a Groupon I bought. The first time no one answered, the second time I was told they had no appointments open for 5 weeks so I should call back, and the third time I was told someone would call me back regarding my Groupon because it was expiring soon and there were no appointments available before it expired. I also was not allowed to cancel my Groupon and get my money back. The woman even took my name and number down, no one ever called me back. My Groupon has now expired and I still havent gotten a call back or an email back. I would not recommend going here, due to the fact that you cant even get someone to schedule you an appointment or refund your money.

I try to love this place.I’ve tried and tried and tried.They hire young inexperienced front desk staff that is ever changing and never actually fully learning to run the front desk.It sour the experience so much for me it makes the discounted membership not even worth it. I wish they had automated machines at the front of this place that’s how poorly the desk is run.The software is either really bad or falsely blamed for a assortment of problems they are always having.The prices are fair (ish. They over charge then give you a “discount” if you lock in to a membership) but then they tell you you need to tip on the $85 per hour price (the price you don’t actually pay.)This place is convenient for me and I love going for regular massage but after having my appointment screwed up again by someone at the desk who AGAIN does nothing to rectify the situation or even fake caring on the phone my relationship here might need to be over.The middle man of this franchise is very unnecessary. It’s extremely easy to find a massage therapist that will come to my house or me go to them for the same price, with out the terrible Management or cooperate antics of this place.This review was left after calling the desk of this place and not being properly helped again.

The first time I went, it was great. I was really happy with their COVID protocols: I had my temp taken at the door and was the only person in the waiting room. I had a great 90 minute massage and was very relaxed. The second time I went was a disaster. Again I had my temp taken but there were 5 other people with me in the waiting room at different points. My LMT I had the first time came out and took someone else back. I was confused but I was confident someone would come and grab me soon. Twenty minutes went by. During that time, the two people behind the front desk engaged in a lot of gossiping and badmouthing customers. I was embarrassed to be a part of it. I finally asked the front desk about the wait. She apologized but gave no reason. She said someone could take me the following day with a complimentary foot scrub. I said that was ok. The next day went better, but still, I arranged child care and went to MH just to wait around and listen to teens be annoyed by fellow customers with genuine concerns. A lot would need to change before I return.

Very disappointed by how they have treated members during the temporary closure. I have not received any email communication or calls regarding the closure, but have been charged my monthly fee. No communication regarding this process or how this will work when they open back up, other than cryptic Facebook posts. I have asked them this via voicemail, email, and Facebook and no answer back for over a week. Other members have expressed similar concerns on their Facebook page. I will be withdrawing my membership as soon as possible.

This was my first visit here and it was one of the best massages I have gotten in a long time! I also like how they are not pushy with their memberships and nagging you to sign up. The staff was very polite and pressure-free which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend to try this place if youre looking for a great massage!

Been coming here for a while now. Its a nice place and the flexible membership and availability is great. Therapists can be a hit or miss and the best ones dont seem to stay long. But if you are too picky about stuff like that its fine. The convenience is worth it to me.

Massage Heights is a beautiful facility: bright and crisp in the reception area, warm and inviting in the massage rooms. The cranial sacral massage with Charity is a life changer! The perfect recovery therapy if youve been involved in an accident or had a concussion, the method inspires focus and mobility and leaves me feeling better than I have in years! I cant wait to go back.

Long time member - lately things have been slipping. In our last three attempts to get a massage, twice we had our appointments cancelled last minute due to a scheduling error, and then when we finally got it scheduled without issue, the massage started 10 minutes late. Inside its starting to show some wear too - some stains on the head rest sheets in particular.The therapists and front desk are a revolving door so its hard to stick with one person who you like.

I credit the ability to be pain free at my job to Tia!! This place is amazing with lots of talented massage therapists here (Tia being my favorite). Definitely a great investment and a great place to go to for relief.

I have been going to Massage Heights for years now and have always had a great experience. It is very professional, the staff are pleasant and helpful. The best part, of course, is that I get affordable massages! You can try a bunch of different therapists to find someone that works for you and then just relax....

For the second time in a little over a year I have listened to co-workers call and question charges to their credit card or bank account. Both times they had requested their account be suspended and both times the person answering the phone assured them they were all set. I find this very disturbing and would suggest that anyone signing up for multiple massages BEWARE!! This is a horrible business practice and talking to higher ups got them nowhere!

I was a client for many years and found very little to complain about other than my therapists being booked frequently and not finding one that I connected with if the 2 I liked were not available. I HATE that the front desk people would recommend someone because they are really good only to find out the person recommending them NEVER had a massage from that person, this happened several times and I was less than satisfied to say the least. I cancelled my membership in August after the letter I got stated the costs were going up $25 per month on my membership and I ended up with less than I paid for before. The letter also didnt give 30 days notice about this. I was told that the prices increasing were due to the increased overhead costs. This isnt MY problem and shouldnt be passed on to the customers at such a high increase. If anything, the professional thing to do would have been to slowly increase the prices over every 6 months or year and certainly to give AT LEAST 30 days notice if not more. They do try to hard sell but it just wasnt worth it. For the money I would be paying I have found a therapist for far less costs and far better service. The music is VERY redundant, not changed up because its corporate that puts the music on and it cant be changed at the office. I often had to wait on hold on the phone or at the front desk as there were simply not enough people to do check in, check out, book appointments, answer questions and answer the phone. It took me 3 phone calls to the office to speak with a manager about concerns regarding the increased monthly fees and then I was still diverted to the regional manager who in the end simply had an attitude about me questioning the fees. I also know several people that have cancelled due to the increase and Darla (regional manager) told me that simply wasnt true....oh ok, cause you know who my friends are and who I talk to? LOL Save your money and go somewhere else that is more professional and that values you as a paying customer.

Do not sign any kind of contract with these folks! They pressure you into it and are very sketchy with the details. My credit card expired and my automatic payments were stopped. In the mean time, the company I worked for was bought and I went from a 60 person company to a 450,000 person company, so I was drinking from a fire hose and didnt really pay attention to the account.I just called up to see if I could use the credit I had accumulated and apparently, hidden in the contract, is the fact that unless I am a member I cant use my credits. So here we are with a nationally known company abusing their size to squeeze a few bucks out of a single member.Maybe their COO, Shane Evans, should reprise her Undercover Boss appearance to look at its practices to make sure they arent ripping off their clientele. Well maybe not. Her appearance wasnt very well received.Their masseuses may be good but the organization itself is scummy!

Very unprofessional experience. I had to cancel my massage due to an emergency and they charged my credit card for $40. I never signed anything or gave permission.Not a good way to get a customer to come back.The girls at the front desk also pushed my to sign up for a 12 month membership. They left out many details of the contract, and when I denied they seemed upset.I will not be going back, nor would I recommend anyone to go there.
