I wanted to love this place, I gave them multiple chances. My first experience, they gave me the wrong massage (between me and 2 other guests I had with me). I tried their facial service but Ive had better services elsewhere - I just didnt leave feeling clean and moisturized. I returned to relax with a hot stone massage and requested to just use stone because pressure points leave me in pain. The masseuse used a combination hands/stone. The pressure was extremely light after one area the pressure was too painful (not using the stove). I guess because I mentioned that area being too painful, the masseuse remained using light pressure which was pointless. When finished, the masseuse asked how it was and I hesitated to mention I wasnt satisfied. We chatted for awhile about the service, getting suggestion for the future and the masseuse offered a complimentary service to explore my problem areas. I was given their cell number and basic availability to schedule it. When I tried to schedule it through the number given, there was no response. I called the main number and was promised a call back. It took me calling again to be told I was never offered complimentary service. I know they have great reviews, which is what got me in the door, but this is not 4-5 star service! Edit to update: I own a couple businesses and one of the staff members was interested in using my company. When they saw this review, they called to tell me that they will no longer use my company and that they were going to refer a friend as well. Threatening to not use my company vs trying to remedy my complaint was extremely off-putting. Later, I recieved a call from the owner apologizing for not believing me. They had reviewed the cameras and found that the masseuse did in fact offer a complimentary massage. She offered to honor the offer and also mentioned that the staff member felt really bad for what she said and how she handled everything. This is not how I do business and will never return, not even for what was promised to me!

Basically stole $100 from me in the form of a gift certificate they failed to honor. Their solution? Put white-out on the name and regift it. Multiple attempts were made to have this issue resolved with no success.Do not buy gift certificates from this location.

This place is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and relaxing. Its very clean and nice in the rooms. I would come back everyday if my bank account would allow it!

Good massage...but not the best Ive ever had. The massage began late, was interrupted by a customer who wanted to purchase something and yet, the massage therapist stopped as if I had received my complete hour. They also didnt offer any aromatherapy...that was a first.Location was clean.Prices are fair.Grateful for last minute availability.

Love Escape and Rejuvenate Spa. Wonderful atmosphere, truly relaxing space, you dont feel like youre in the city at all. And the facial I had is the best Ive experienced--very skillful where extractions are concerned. Cant wait to go back!

I was just at this place about 10 minutes ago and thought that I needed to get on right away and let them know how AMAZING of a job they did. Me and my partner recieved a couples massage with Vichy showers and it was beyond my expectations. They did a bath scrub that left my skin feeling so soft. And the massage afterwards was the icing on top. Everything was perfect. The service, the friendly people, and the experience the employees have. They worked out every knot I had in my back one by one. I definitely wish they had a membership option because I will be coming back for another awesome experience.

Its was AWESOME!. I did theBath and Body Works $75.00You soak in a spa tub with jets and oil for 20min. Then you get your massage. Lucy was awesome. Very clean Spa.

The entire package was sheer bliss, but my favorite part hands down was the Vichy shower (hydra-massage) and facial from Jo the Aesthetician. Her knowledge and attention to detail surpassed my expectations immediately. I felt educated, relaxed, confident, comfortable and pampered with her. My skin has never looked better. She taught me so much in the time we spent together. I look forward to my next treatment with Jo. I love this place and her.

I was suffering from one of the worst migraines I’ve ever had and they were able to fit me in last minute. Lisa noticed right away that I needed some extra care and Brooke and her magic hands helped me so much. My migraine was gone by the time I walked out the door. Don’t be fooled by the location. This was the best massage package I’ve ever had!

My husband and I got the couplea escape package and it was amazing. Dont let the location fool you. It may be in a strip mall but it has wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back!

Overall a good place to get a massage for some me time but my husband went there today & they had construction going on in the other room which wasn’t very relaxing. But besides that & the constant ringing of the door opening, it was a good massage for him :)

I gifted a massage to a friend and she told me she was sitting waiting for 10-15 mins for someone to say anything to her. So I called and asked why no one has at least acknowledged her sitting it the waiting area to give her the paperwork or anything. The lady on the phone started to ask me if I wanted to buy another gift. I told her no, and repeated what I said the first time she told me the time of the appointment scheduled for my friend and that no one is available and if I wanted to make and appointment. I told her no, and what I wanted was them to at least check the front to take care of their customer that’s been waiting for 10-15 mins. The she started to ignore me on the phone and started to get an small attitude. The last thing I heard was her yelling at a distance “we will be with you in a few” then she hung up on me! Not great customer service in my opinion.

After searching everywhere, I stumbled upon this gem. We were able to get an appointment the same day!!! Received an awesome couples massage. Will definitely be going back!

First time there. Me and a friend went for massages. I got the whirlpool with massage and mini facial and my friend got the deep tissue massage. The whirlpool was very nice and relaxing. The masseuse was pleasant and very informative about what was about to happen. I did have to ask for a new sheet for my face to lay down on because the first one I recieved had eyeliner and mascara on it. The massage was great until towards the end when it started to feel like the masseuse was getting lazy or tired. The owner who worked on my friend also made alot of breathing and snorting noises and ended up farting and smelling up the whole room. She did not excuse herself to pass gas nor did she say excuse me afterwards. The mini facial felt like a trip to the dentist with pressure put on my gums...bad experience overall..will not return.

We came from out of state, and I chose Escape and Rejuvenate (after researching spas throughout Dallas & Fort Worth online) because of their great prices and reviews, along with their fabulous menu of services. Originally I booked myself for later in the afternoon. But when I found out I’d be in town sooner than expected I called to see if we could come a bit earlier so our day flowed better, and they were so friendly and accommodating. Best customer service ever! I had the Escape and Rejuvenate Package. It is 2 hours of relaxing goodness, and as a person that loves visiting spas while traveling I definitely recommend this package. I started off with the body scrub and mud mask in their Vichy shower room. I thought it was nice that Lisa (the therapist that worked on me throughout my package) chose the scrub based off of my favorite scent choices when I first arrived. Lisa was wonderful and chatted with me throughout the second half of the shower portion (when I was face up) which made it fun and even more enjoyable, but later during my massage when I had just wanted to quietly relax and she was amazing at letting me do that as well. There is a line between too chatty and awkwardly quiet and Lisa hit the mark perfectly. After my hour massage I had the Organic Rose Oil Facial and it was so nourishing for my combination skin. Plus the products all smelled so gorgeous! I’m an esthetician myself so I’m picky about product ingredients and getting facials, but I loved their products and how knowledgeable Lisa was about skin. I left walking on roses afterwards because I looked (and smelled) so great. Loved the services, how friendly and attentive my therapist Lisa was, the great prices, and just the overall atmosphere. I don’t travel to Texas often, but this will definitely be my go to spa for when I am in town! Best spa in the DFW area!
