Kyla and Orlando were extremely helpful and polite while assisting my mother with her inquires and loan application process. This branch has continously offered reliable services to support their customers and has truly exceptional customer service.

Best CU ever! People treat you like regular but important customers. No sass with interactions like other banks. Do yourself a favor and switch to RBFCU. If they can’t get your banking needs right then you need a genie in a bottle. Management staff is above par on the way they choose to run this particular branch. I’m a member for life!

Most helpful RBFCU Ive dealt with in 13 years of membership. Managers Holly and Kyla are informative, quick to respond, and exceedingly helpful.South DFW could use a branch or two. I miss living in San Antonio and having multiple branches close to me.

I have banked with Randolph for my entire life and their service is impeccable. But their ATMs are the absolute worst. I work in a restaurant and deposit my tips in the ATM after hours and tonight the ATM SHUT DOWN MID SERVICE ANS ATE MY $261 cash. I am furious. And it’s 1:45 in the morning so I can’t call anyone until tomorrow.

We have been banking with RBFCU for many many years and are excited they have finally moved north of Austin. They provide great service, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the best lending rates in the state! Can’t say enough about RBFCU, hands down, the best credit union ever!

Wife used the ATM and the next day got hit with a $1000 charge since its the only ATM that she has used its probably got a skimmer on it. So beware of the outside ATMs at this bank. Thankfully our bank caught it before it went to far.

I got approved for a loan back in December . The lady advice me on my interest rate and got a great deal . They informed me had 45 days for loan applications was good for . I had been busy with holidays and wanted make sure got good deal . I reapplied today and got denied out of nowhere .It does not make sense they approved me in December but denied me now and nothing has changed in fact my credit has gotten better .. Shame on them , I will be taking business elsewhere .

I didn’t even know it was possible to have customer service this terrible. Please save yourself the time and headache, and bank with anyone else.

Slow is not the word there loan process is horrible slow they lose ur information u send an ask u for the same things takes 2 weeks to get an answer suggest u go to cutxor city credit union

This bank takes forever just to deposit a damn check, i wonder if the atm works

I agree with PJ Dunn - ATM just ate my card - 800 support remotely restarted ATM but card was still gone. ATM had message that it could not read a new, 1 week old, ATM card and then a message that indicated my financial institution requested my card be held. My Financial institution said they never have ATMs hold a card, even their own ATMs do not. Have to now tell family and friends to find another fee-free ATM before they lose their cards as well.
