The bank tellers could stand to be more friendly IMO. If they dont already know you personally, (outside of the CU) they often dont put much effort into the customer service .

I had account with crane due to everything happening I was forced to file bankruptcy with them as well them as one of my debtor had locked my checking but left the savings alone since the fall of last year thought that was weird right ? Then decided to shut it down just as the last stimulus check was due to be in here today 🙃 so now no st

Crane Credit Union is the best. I have been with them for over 48 years and still find it a remarkable banking institution. My first loan was for $100.00 to buy my first horse. They are fantastic!

This is the worst bank I have ever had experience dealing with. They dont talk to their customers before locking accounts and they always assume the worst if something goes wrong in one of your accounts. This is not an angry customer review. This is what they do and I would sleep much better at night if they immediately closed down.
