I highly recommend Dr. John Lee, Honey his Dental Hygienist and the entire team at Farmington Dental Care In 2010, I had recently moved to Oregon and had not yet set up a Dentist. It was on a Saturday, that I developed a terrible tooth ache and needed to be seen that day. I had been with my dentist in WA for over 15 years, so it was difficult to see someone I did not know and resort to a frantic online search. Dr. Lees office was the only office who would see me that day and I was ever so thankful! They were so gracious and gentle; they listened to me and immediately I felt calm and reassured despite the extreme pain I was in. They took excellent care of me and fixed my problem. I have been with Dr. Lee, and his team ever since and will not go to anyone else. He has the latest Technology in his office and his entire team is top-notch. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind and respectful. Honey treats me like a friend when I come in. She is very gentle when cleaning my teeth, while being very thorough - always educating me and providing tips n tricks on different ways to achieve the best results. I cannot say enough about Dr. John Lee and his team - Thank you! I greatly appreciate all you do for me, your other patients and those you help by donating your time and services to people in other countries who do not have access to health care like we do. It had been several years since I had been to the dentist, I chose Farmington Dental just from a quick search of what’s close to me and I’m so happy I went with them!When I called in for the first time, the woman I spoke with talked with me like I was a friend.When I arrived, the person who took my X-rays was equally as kind. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so thorough and let me know exactly what she was doing and why. She even showed me pictures so I could visualize it myself.Dr. Lee was also incredibly friendly and right from the start I had a feeling I could trust him with my teeth.Everything was transparent with billing, insurance, and what options I had while I was there.I’m very happy I chose to go here and would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a dentist! Outstanding staff and my teeth feel great!

I have been a patient with this clinic for at least a couple of years now. Doctor Lee is very experienced and it shows in his work. Despite my poor oral hygiene, I still come to this office with confidence that Ill be taken care of properly. Just today I had a procedure performed (partial root canal) that took less than half an hour, and there was no pain at all! Ill be returning to have it finished, but I expect that appointment to be just as good as todays was.Having the option to schedule appointments for Saturday brought me to this clinic in the first place. Had I known about the amount of care I would receive, I would have been coming here long before then. I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful place to have my teeth taken care of.

I went to see Dr. Lee after experiencing a toothache for three days. I had two broken back teeth, and in pain. I called their office Saturday morning at 7, and was in the dental chair 1 hour later. He was able to prep me for two crowns, and made me feel comfortable. Amazing dental practice, i will make this practice my forever dental place to go. Good job👍👍

DO NOT SEE DR JOHN LEE! I had to go to this Dentist office because I needed an emergency root canal a couple of weeks ago. They were very nice a squeezed me in. The first dentist I seen was super nice and informative.The second dentist (Dr. John Lee) I seen was less friendly and didnt listen when I informed him that I could feel pain off and on during the procedure. I left in a lot of pain and feeling like he didnt care.

I’ve been very happy with the service from Dr. Lee and everyone at Farmington. My implant procedure was flawless and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr John has been my friend and dentist 17 years and on a scale of 1-10 ,I have to give his clinic an 11.Dr John has those soft hands that you want when you are in the chair and has the knowlege to give you your best option.So glad I found Dr John. Obviously highly recommended.

Ive been to Dr. Lees dental offices in two locations multiple times since 2012, and now my husband does, too. I am currently in the process of having multiple fillings done after pregnancy did a number on my teeth. Ive only ever experienced great quality care and professionalism from all the staff. Dr. Lee is very personable, gentle, and caring and takes great care of his clients. His assistants are also very polite and caring. The hygienist I see regularly is extremely thorough and friendly, and yes, even though dental offices are not fun, its a relief to know that you are seeing experienced and caring professionals. The front house staff are also great at communicating and make sure you are informed of all your appointments well ahead of time. I highly recommend this office for your dental work!

I came in to get two cavities fixed and they fixed both perfectly in less than an hour of when I arrived and they showed me pictures of the job they did. it’s hard to find a dental office like this these days I highly recommend trying it out.

I went in to see DR. Lee, in September for a root canal and crown, now Im a white knuckled scaredy cat even thinking about the dentist, However Dr. Lee puts me at ease and it was over before I knew it. Dr. Lee always, always , always checks with me each step to make sure Im comfortable. I drove from Salem to see him as hes not able to come to Salem right now. And if he was located further away, I would drive further because hes the best dentist Ive ever had. Also the Beaverton office staff and dental assistant are also awesome and well worth the drive.

Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been too. My kids enjoy Mr. Lee and Brenda every visit. Staff has outstanding customer service. If I could I would give them more then 5 stars.

Out of all dentist offices I’ve been to this one is by far the best. From the receptionist to the Doctors everyone treats you kindly and with respect and they seem to value their clients. By the way if your a construction worker and only have time on weekends this is one of the few offices that offer Saturday appointments! My tooth broke last night and it was fixed before noon the next day, Dr. Lee is hilarious, personable and he really cares and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures even if he knows it’s the right thing to do he still lets you decide what you are comfortable with. Worst experience. They will charge you more for the procedures and when the insurance process the claims, you will be surprised to see that they have overcharged you. The best part is, forget about the extra amount you paid. They never pay back as they have a wonderful team of accountants! I would have given 0 star, but thats not an option.

I had a cleaning and cavities appointment that needed to be filled. The dentist and his hygienist were very accommodating by showing me before and after pictures of my two right cavities that were in desperate need of fillings, cleanings & x-rays. I appreciate how they were constantly asking if I was okay making it a priority of my well being. I highly recommend this place.

I have had a root canal and full crown for the first time, along with replacements of old fillings and normal scheduled cleanings. Finally went to the dentist after a 10 year absence. I chose Farmington based on reviews here and I wasn’t disappointed. Hygienist was personable, very thorough and detailed, and professional. I was also impressed with the dentist I saw, who was also very patient with me, but the best thing for me, is everyone answered all my questions and really gave me a great education in the latest dental recommendations.They took pictures of the areas I needed further work on so I could SEE for myself what was needed. I saw my own X-rays, and was provided detailed observations about my teeth as they went along. Really felt at ease after so long.The only thing that keeps me from giving this office 5 stars, is they are expensive. Even with insurance, I compared their charges with other offices and they are on the high end. They recommended a mouth guard for $550, I can get a guaranteed to fit, custom, high quality mouth guard from a reputable company online for less than $200.Overall, I’m happy paying a little more for such great personalized service and thorough high quality work! I highly recommend this office!

I came in after a long hiatus from dental visits. Doctor Lee and his staff were very happy to get me in quickly, and check on my concerns.I needed to have two wisdom teeth extracted and a couple fillings tended to. They again were able to schedule me quickly.The procedure went without a hitch, and was over before I knew it.Very happy with my choice to come to this office, and plan on using them as my primary care.Doctor and staff are friendly and make you feel like you choosing them is greatly appreciated; and I do appreciate that.

Farmington Dental has been an absolute blessing. The staff is fantastic, and always take great care of me. I ended up coming in for an emergency tooth ache and got a root canal and a PERFECT crown. As someone who hadent been to a dentist in almost 10 years I was not looking forward to it at all. They have completely changed the way I look at dentists. Great service had a wisdom tooth removed in a few minutes and had a great experience there.

Dr Lee did very rushed work. Did not use enough anesthesia, overdrilled the tooth, and now the tooth does not make contact with the tooth below it. Dr Le said I MUST get 6 teeth capped like this. I got a second opinion and the other dentist said none of the work was necessary. I have not had a cavity in 20 years so this came as a surprise. Now my drilled out tooth hurts. I feel he did this unnecessary work to try and recover financial losses from covid. Very dissappointing ☹

Giving an average review because while the care is great, the billing process could use improvement. I received a bill in the mail despite my insurance fully covering all the services provided because Farmington Dental delayed submitting their claim to my insurance company, and rather than wait for payment they sent me the bill instead. This is poor service and detracts from the quality of the services received at Farmington Dental. In response to the comment from the owner, perhaps a different process for billing should be considered. My insurance company agrees that it does not make sense that you mailed a bill to a customer who has full coverage through their dental insurance. This is definitely a first for me, and likely the last as I will be switching to a family owned practice to avoid these issues.

I had a great experience today! I hadnt been to a dentist in 4 years because of anxiety and the staff was really welcoming and made my day a lot easier. Even though I had a lot to get done Dr. Lee was willing and able to take care of any fillings I needed (and even a tooth extraction!) on the same day. Thank you so much to all of the amazing people at Farmington Dental!

I have felt very positive about the individuals who work at Farmington Dental. The front desk appears very organized and on top of insurance policies. They are always friendly and attentive. I have never been disappointed in the dental work I have received. Always professional. I do like it when I see the same hygienist and dentist each time I go (although I understand that sometimes this cant happen). This way I feel they know me and my dental history and communications are smoother.
