Dr Spokane and his entire office staff is amazing! The office is a very fun, friendly and both my kids love it there. They do phenomenal with patient education and I would definitely recommended them!

Took.family member to beaver office. Sign on door said to.ring the doorbell. We did. Then went inside. Rang it again just to be sure it was actually working. Sat down and waited .... and waited. Could hear women chatting and laughing. Got up and rang the doorbell again. Sat.down again. Waited approx 5 MORE minutes (20 at.this.point). Finally stood up and yelled HELLO ! Girl came out and asked what I needed . Said we have appointment and had been waiting over 15 minutes. She said.i should have rang the doorbell like the sign on the door says. I stated that I had rang it 3 times. I got a NASTY look and she said well, I didnt hear it. Just because she didnt hear it doesnt mean I didnt ring it. If they had been aware of their surroundings.... and their schedule..... perhaps they would have been more aware and paid attention to their duties. Will try to make appointments at other offices before having to go back there !

Spokane Orthodontics is top notch. The staff is friendly , efficient and eager to help! The offices are all so nicely maintained inside and out! We are very pleased with our experience.

While my previous experiences were all positive, I was very disappointed today. My daughter had an on-going reaction to her braces. It was difficult for the doctor and staff to understand her situation and she was treated very rudely. Thankfully she held her ground and the braces came off after multiple calls and two visits. She already feels 100% better and the swelling and itching has resolved for the most part. She wanted to discuss ceramic braces but after the rude treatment, we will go elsewhere.

I had a retainer wire in my mouth from my previous orthodontist for about 10 years. I always wanted it removed since it bothered my tongue and got food stuck, but they would never do it for me. 10 years later I went to Karski and Spokane to see if they would remove it and they did! I now have a bottom retainer and couldn’t be happier!!! Not to mention the whole process took just seconds and I had the retainer the same day... The staff was awesome, and super friendly. I will definitely be going back to them for all of my orthodontic needs!

If you go in for Invisalign they simply scan over your teeth using a wand with a camera attached to the end. It is quick, painless, and extremely accurate. They give you photos of your teeth currently and what your teeth are expected to look like in the future after all aligners are worn! So amazing! Highly recommend Dr. Spokane!

He was amazingly patient with my son during round 1 of treatment. Now we are returning for round 2 six years later at the age of 13. Still amazingly patient and wonderful to have help my son.

Friendly staff and super caring doctor. I honestly don’t know where he gets all of his energy from, but I’d love some! My 14 yr old son’s teeth looking amazing after being in braces for about two years. We couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out. He is also super happy with them. Between my three children we have been to the Center, Chippewa, and New Castle offices. The office staff are always super friendly, empathetic, and professional. My girls LOVE Dr Spokane! They love that he jokes around with them. One of my girls have completed their treatment and her teeth look amazing! She had an allergic reaction to the rubber elastics placed from top to bottom and he noticed right away and addressed it. I would highly recommend Spokane! I know we will definitely use them for our other two children in the future!!!

After being recommended by a friend, I came in for probably the cheapest service they offer, and they have given me 110% of effort. I simply needed a retainer after noticing slight shifting from having my braces off for many many years. They provided me with a retainer to help straighten one problem tooth, on the house. I appreciate their kindness and how they have gone out of their way. They have incredible customer service. I am super impressed and will always be recommending them.

My son has been going to Dr Spokane for a little bit over a year....would have been less if it wasnt for Covid. In that time they have been able to fix his crossbite and underbite. They have been great with my son and really make him feel comfortable while there.

From my son’s (Anderson) first initial appointment, I knew this is where we needed to be. Our entire experience so far, has been marvelous! The staff are always available and pleasurable. Dr. Spokane can answer any question that arises and is always so polite and positive! My son got his retainer in now, so unfortunately we won’t be seeing anyone at the Aliquippa office for 9 whole months.... we are sad about that because they’ve been a monthly staple in our lives for over a year. The transition from before to after braces is unbelievable! Unfortunately my son lost his shirt in our home move shortly after he started treatments but this office gives the kids many opportunities to earn points on their reward card, which is a great perk to keep the kids wanting more. The new office looks super cool with all the super heroes! I wish I had one of those shirts! Dr. Spokane also gives back to some of the local communities which is a great plus, speaks volumes about his character! I really want one of those super hero shirts lol. If you are in the market for a orthodontist, make sure you make Dr. Spokane your first phone call!

My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Spokane for the past year. We absolutely LOVE them all, they are so friendly, caring and attentive to their patients. My children have had bad experiences with dentists in the past which made them very leery of being seen. This wonderful staff has taken all of the fear from my 11 year old. Before choosing him, I went to several other orthodontists for opinions and Dr. Spokanes treatment plan was the most thorough and his staff was absolutely wonderful. His work is perfect and his offices are set up to make children happy and comfortable with the care. My son had a difficult problem and could have ended up needing surgery to fix his bite. However, Dr. Spokane did such a great job surgery was not needed. My daughter would have had fangs due to lack of room but the problem was corrected before it was even a problem! In both of my children, early treatment was very important. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Spokane and his practice. They are the BEST in the area!

You seriously cant have a bad experience here. The staff is very nice and explains everything theyre doing. They give you a heads up if youre gonna be sore, or overall give you alot of info. You also get a point card and get points for brushing well, and wearing your shirt (you get a free t shirt). I had a great 2 years and know you will too.
