Unprofessional - scheduled an appointment for teeth to be extracted. Been having pain since April-May 2015. Dr. Wichmann knew of this. Instead of calling to tell me he would like me to see an Oral Surgeon due to him not believing he could do the surgery (which he does quite often for other patients), he had me wait two weeks, schedule an appointment to go in mid-afternoon, so I leave work early, and then tells me he wants me to go to an oral surgeon... Wasted my time. Unprofessional way to treat customers. Will not be going back, even though he was a family dentist.
