I haven’t been to the dentist in 8 years and decided to go to Dr. Baker’s office. I was very nervous at first but then with the help of the professional staff and up to date technology, my anxiety went away on the first visit. I can’t say enough about this place. They’re flexible with scheduling and accommodate well with anything you need. Thanks for the best dental care i’ve had in awhile!

1: I had a filling fall out that Dr. Baker repaired. It seemed simple enough but I have been in pain for a year now even after multiple visits. I just needed the filling repaired and he ended up removing half the tooth. I have sharp edges that cut my tongue and a gap now that food get stuck in and causes my gums to get infected. Every time he does anything I am left bruised as well. I know some of this might sound subjective however Im 50 years old and Ive been to all kinds of dentists all over the world and this has been by far my worst experience.2: My wife had several implants done and went to doctor Baker to attach them. We were given a bill and paid it off to a zero balance. Now several months later they billed an additional $1,000 because of their miscommunication with my insurance company. Now Im wondering if several months more down the road I will be charged more?? There was no discussion or phone calls just a handwritten note explaining their error along with give me a grand..

I had recently thought the dental hygienist Carrie was great. We became great friends outside the office until she became mad at me over a personal matter, told me to not come back to the office and threatened me if I did. This is not my real name and felt threatened by her male companion if I did leave my real name so if you would like to privately contact me I would love that. Sorry to post this but racist should not be working in an office where some patients are of all different races and that needs to be known. I have the proof of all the racial slurs from her number.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I had a bad experience in my youth and had not been to a dentist is 20 years. They have taken such great care of me and have me back on track again.

Dr. Baker is an assume person, he is very informative and if you are looking for extensive repairs on your teeth and mouth, you need NOT worry about pain because he is grat at his job and I speak from experience. He is a very friendly doctor that listens as does his staff, they r so wecoming.

Told me 2 teeth were capped. Contradicted himself when I asked why a tooth with a root canal now was hurting. Said only one had a cap, not the one that hurt. Gave him benefit ofthe doubt and scheduled an extraction. Several days later, cap fell off of problem tooth. Idiot.
