Dr Ramon is the best! He always gets my prescription perfect even though I have a complicated one! 100% recommend going here. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful!

I have been using Vision Source for many years. The staff is always very courteous, the environment is very clean, and Dr. Ramon is the absolute best. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I cant say enough good things about Vision Source! I was referred here by my brother,, who had a lot of good things to say about this office and their customer service, he has been coming here for years.. The optometrist and the technician who helped me with my frames and glasses is very knowledgeable and went over many options to meet my needs.

First time here & it was Phenomenal! Super thorough! Literally the best exam I’ve ever gotten. I was talked to (in laymen’s), not at. They gave explanation of my specific contact lenses. It was amazing. I was very pleased. 10/10 for sure! I had Dr. Ramon!

This was actually my first visit to this location for my annual checkup. I was pleased to find the staff ready to provide service at my appointment time. They offered new services for dilation which captures photos of the eye instead of traditional drops. I was pleased with the examination process and I learned a few insider tricks. The selection of glasses is awesome and the staff is outstanding. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit.

Love the doctor Skidmore. She is such a great doctor! But the ladies in the front tend to be a little rude. Kind of like an entitled attitude when I walked in or called to set up my appointment. Made me feel a little out of place when I went in.

Ms. Genesis was very polite, professional, and friendly. Her service was above and beyond my expectations. She answered all of my son’s questions in a lovely manner. She made my son feel comfortable and safe during his visit on November 29, 2020. My son stated “ she gets five stars.” One can get their eyes checked at any location but not all locations will provide the same service as Baytown Vision Source.

CONTACT LENSES & PRIVATE LABELS: THE PRESCRIPTION HUSTLELet me tell you about the Vision Source and many other big chain eye doctors.My husband has been wearing Biofinity Toric by Coopervision for many years. After going to vision source and spending 3 hours at visit which should have only been no more than hour was a learning experience for both of us. My husband got a trial pair of his contacts that he has always worn ( so he thinks ). He would tell me how his eyes were always dry and the contacts would rip in three days. I found that odd as he has never had these problems. Maybe it was a bad batch. It happens.Well I ordered my contact on 1 800 contacts and he asked if i would do the same for him. When i got his script from vision source and called the online contact company they told me i needed to order exactly what was written on the script Aquaclear biofinity toric. I never heard of them. So i researched the the name and found its called private labeling. Another words its like Pantene and Walmarts equate brand. They will tell you its the same. Its Coopervision its the same thing. NO ITS NOT!!! DONT BELIEVE IT. What pisses me off the most is that they dont even tell you. How they dont get in trouble with the las is ..... They make sure they put your normal name next to their brand label name. Not coolThat is, a prescription is issued that can only be fulfilled in their office,nowhere else.I told them to write a new script the way it is supposed to be as this is unacceptable and i wont tolerate this. I also asked why a base curve was not put on his script? One would think that is important. The response was they are all the same. WHAT... I said... No they are not. every brand has different base curves as everyones eyes are not the same. SMHNICOLE MARSHALL

I have been putting off making eye exam appointments for my family due to us having to leave our amazing eye dr back in Arkansas. I really wanted to find a place that made us just as comfortable as we were back home. The staff was amazing and very thorough. All the way from when you first come in at reception to the people in the back and the amazing people in the optical part. So glad I took my time to find the right place.

Get Disappointed with the staff every time I go but the doctors are very good Its been over a month I called 3 times a prescription Should have been sent over to my pharmacy that has never happened even after calling 3 times.

Great customer service! I needed help with my daughter’s broken glasses, at no fault to Vision Source. I called them and spoke to Courtney, and she assured me someone would call me back that day. Vivian called back soon after and assisted me with multiple options. They are always super friendly and helpful!

Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. The doctor was wonderful and was receptive to my ocular history. The associate who assisted me in finding frames was great; she gave me an honest opinion about which frames looked best. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I always get treated amazingly anytime I go here by the entire staff, and you don’t have to wait long to be seen. I see Dr. Louis Ramon and he is usually always able to get me in to be seen within me calling 1-2 days in advance. He takes as much time as he needs to with all his patients as far as I’ve seen. My boyfriend and myself both see him. I recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Hutto is wonderful and very thorough! Although I was hesitant about buying glasses from here, I am so glad I did. The young lady that helped me was kind and patient while I looked at frames. Back today 6/26/21 for my own annual eye exam. Dr. Hutto was great & thorough as he always is. Wendy was super helpful with my contacts order. Gracie helped me tremendously with my bifocals order (the joys of getting older). I had a ton of questions & she explained it all in such great detail. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Impressed with the thorough exam! Front desk/ registration had us checked in promptly. Dr. Hutto is the best! Callie was extremely helpful & explained everything in great detail. We never felt rushed when my husband chose his glasses & believe me he took his time! I highly recommend this place.

I LOVE them!!! I injured my eye at work and they got me in right away (my own doctor told me to come in tomorrow!). Courtney at the front desk was so helpful with my new insurance as i did not even have a card yet. Dr.Anderson was fantastic... and so patient with me. I cannot wait for my eye exam as the selection of glasses was HUGE!

Very nice atmosphere.. they were able to get me an appointment pretty quick. The entire staff was very friendly and professional except for one employee who kept staring at my husband and even making a comment right in front of my face about how hot he was to another employee. As soon as I heard what she said I hung up my phone and told her thank you for the compliment. She immediately got up and avoided us the rest of the time we were there. Other than that, everything went great and my glasses should be ready by tomorrow.

This was my daughters first time there and tI wasn’t sure how it would go. I got the appointment time wrong and called to let them know what happened and we were on the way, the receptionist was very understanding and allowed us to go ahead and come in. Theyve remodeled the inside of the building, definitely a lot more welcoming and warm/cozy. The staff is very friendly and seems to have no shortage (as youre always greeted and processed when you walk in). Dr. Ramon is very professional, very chill personality (and hes a Dynamo fan!). I think its also safe to say they are also keeping up with modern technology in regards to eye care. As long as the staff stay friendly and Dr. Ramon is there, Ill be a lifelong client.

I went in thinking I had to pay out of pocket for a new pair of glasses. Jeanette called both my medical provider and my eye provider. She didn’t stop until she was satisfied with what they had to say. She was definitely more knowledgeable about insurance than the provider. I was so extremely pleased with the service I received AND I got my glasses paid for 100% ! If Jeanette has not been persistent This would not have happened.

This place is doing a fine job. They have a friendly staff and they do their best to make sure you are taken care of. Eye exam was professional and done in a timely manner. The contact lenses I ordered took longer than expected due to no fault of theirs, so they threw in an extra 3 months supply of contact lenses at no cost. They even gave me a huge bottle of solution.

I have been coming to this office for about a year. Even though I live no where near this place (I drive at least 25 miles) I come here because of Dr. Ramon & Paul. Dr. Ramons credentials are excellent, he is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Paul was wonderful in assisting me with selecting my frames and lenses. Paul was very patient and its obvious he does his job well.

Just got my eye exam with Dr. Probst and her technician Devin. Devin was very friendly and helpful and my visit was fast but not rushed. Will be going back here every year for my eye/contact lens exam.

I was here a few days ago, and I had the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had! All the staff were so nice and helpful, including the Dr! Dr. Ramon is super great on educating you on any and everything and I left feeling better knowing I had glasses being made for me and having some cute frames from their HUGE selection! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this eye doctor here in Baytown.

Had my eye appointment a few days ago. The new office is very welcoming and beautifully remodeled! All of the staff was great and very polite. The only negative thing I have to say is that they were running behind schedule about 25 minutes. Im still giving 5 stars because the staff and the doctors made the wait not so bad. Very friendly

The doctor was awesome and very helpful through the process. Then to end my visit there the young lady who helped me pick out my glasses was great. Been going here for a long time (5 plus yrs), back when the dad was still there. Theyre always really nice and thorough, and patient with my questions. I get exams and prescriptions here and get glasses elsewhere (I like to get a specific frame), but theyre always super patient and even repair the glasses, check the lenses, etc even though theyre not from there.

By far the best experience I have ever had at Vision source of Baytown. Not to mention how pretty the new office looks. I was seen by Dr. Probst and felt like she really took care of all of my needs, she listened and understood my concerns. There wasnt a wait time when I came in and was seen immediately. I will be recommending everyone to have their eyes checked here!

All of the drs are very knowledgeable and thorough as i have seen all of the drs there. My eye exams have always been great. I was in and out in a good amount of time. The frames selection was awesome and they had a lot of lens add ons to choose from. Lilli, the Optician who helped me, really talked to me about my glasses and made me knowledgeable about the anti fatigue lens i need. My daughter is 6 and she had a great exam as well! My husband has always been able to get awesome safety glasses here. I highly recommend Vision Source of Baytown and all of the incredible drs who provide services there!
