This place is horrible!! When it was TSO it was such a nice place, friendly staff, ect... Now its pathetic.Bought my son glasses there about 2 months ago, a few days later he noticed a bug scratch on lenses that were supposed to have top notch scratch coating for a hefty fee amount others... they did give him new lenses, but now 3weeks after he has another scratch and I was told that the 1-YEAR warranty ONLY covered a one time repair!!! That its is the new owners policy!!! So, 1-year warranty BUT 1-time fix!! How does that make any reasonable since at all???

Texas State Optical is now Vision Source of Baytown. Dr Rhonda Hutto Anderson optometrist is the best. Dr Ramon is great too. Ray is the new Manager with over 20 years in the field and Nellys just awsome on frame styling. There are new Costa and Oakley frame lines. And there is a new diabetic screener on order that will test your risk for diabetes in six seconds!!! The only one in Baytown. No we are not closed!Dr Mark Anderson optometrist, Owner VISION SOUCE OF BAYTOWN formally texas state optical
