Worse optometrist place in the world...Receptionist is nasty beyond belief... The receptionist was the worst part.Took 1-1/2 to 2 months to get our glasses & when we got them they’re not even the correct prescriptions! Had to pay another dr. And ended up with the correct exam and glasses. A completely different script!!!

Great doctor, but the front desk receptionist is extremely rude. Yesterday, 12/1/18, around 10:15 AM, I went in to inquire about my contacts, I walk up to the front window and the woman looks at me and does not even greet me. As I stand there for a minute thinking she is busy i am questioned with, yes..? So, I explain to her my concern that I need to pay for a supply of contacts. So, she grabs my sheet, looks at the notes, and says Yup. You need to pay $105.00 before you get anything. I then give her my card and as I begin to ask for sample contacts she cuts me off mid sentence and says, well you need to wait because I need to check if we even have any. As she comes back to the front desk she says, I only have a 5 day supply, nothing else. Hands me the contacts and as I begin to leave her comment to me was, Um you need a receipt I walk back, she slams the stapler down on her desk and very rudely hands me the receipt. With that kind of service, I left and slammed the door on my way out. This is about the 3rd time this has happened. Terrible customer service. Everybody else who sits at the front desk is so much friendlier and pleasant to talk to. Someone like this should NOT be sitting at the front desk greeting people. Now, when I go and pick up my contacts, I will make sure I report this service to the doctor.Again, I am not complaining about her giving me the contacts. It is the way she answers and talks to people. I am complaining about how rude she is and how nasty her service was several time. With this kind of service, I can find somewhere else if I need to.

Horrible place! I get there for my scheduled appointment at 9:15 and the rude as receptionist that was there this Saturday May 19, 2018 says “ I have a note on the account your insurance wasn’t verified.” I said ok how can that be I verified my coverage and showed her the notes from the representative , called back after speaking with the rep to schedule the appointment. She wouldn’t hear me keep speaking over me and didn’t want to help me at all and basically said oh well your problem not mine. Never received a follow up phone call prior to my appointment to suggest calling again or have the insurance company send them something via fax and copy of my card or NOTHING!!!!! Why would you wait until the patient arrives for the appointment???? Don’t want my business NO PROBLEM!!!!!

Great the doctor was very friendly and my glasses came in 8 days the service was fast , and also it was a quick process staff very friendly ..grate place
