Elemental Eyecare is awesome. From the moment you walk in the entire staff makes you feel welcome. I have seen both eye doctors and both are extremely friendly and answer all your questions and concerns. Feeling welcomed and making you feel comfortable is extremely important when you go to any type of doctor.

Made an appointment and was seen exactly at the time agreed upon . The registration was quick and simply and I was seen almost immediately. Excellent service .

The Doctor was thorough in her exams and spot on with the prescription for contacts and eyeglasses. The girls on the front are always smiling and have very good customer service skills. I bought three pair, was recommended by my sister and recommended my son. It’s refreshing and good job Costco 😎

Dr Moy and staff are very friendly and professional. Online booking was simple. There was no wait time and exam was comprehensive. No eye doctor has ever been that thorough. She answered all of my questions and adjusted my prescriptions I needed for work and everyday life. And can’t beat the convenience of being inside Costco. Even though they are not affiliated, I have to add that glasses and contacts are so cheap there. Their staff is also very helpful and thorough. One stop shopping. Great experience!

Dr. Mei Moy is so thorough in her eye exam and takes time to explain everything to us. Very nice and friendly staff as well.

Great appointment friendly staff and Dr. Moi was very patient and thorough. She gave me realistic and varied options. She gave a very detailed exam she didn’t just look at my old script and call it a day. She gave me a very workable and simple solution for my dry eyes and didn’t just tell me to add some drops will definitely make this my new eye care home.

Friendly and patient staff. I came in for a first time contact lens exam. It took me quite some time and I still couldn’t figure out how to take the lens off. They scheduled another training for me without extra charge. Very professional and responsible! Hopefully I will be able to wear and take off contact lens after a second training.

Was able to get a same day appointment! The receptionist as well as Dr. Vincente were extremely friendly and thorough. I was able to purchase a 6 month supply of my contacts lenses same day right after my appointment, which was extremely convenient! My previous eye dr’s office always had to order them, which took 7-10 days to receive.I will be back to elemental eye care for my yearly exam, and will recommend them to everyone!

Riley and Dr. Moy were very nice and extremely quick! No problems whatsoever and probably the best process of getting examined in the many years I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts!

I tried calling a couple of days ago on my lunch break to schedule an appointment and they didnt pick up. I left my basic info and then they called me back two days latter, and remembered what I left in the voicemail. The staff seems nice, I just wish they picked up the phone the first time I called

Fast friendly eye exam. I didn’t have to wait, They were all ready for me. Took about 15 mins and was able to use prescription in costco or anywhere else.

Dr. Moi is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She took time to understand your situation and cares about your health. Admin is also friendly and helpful. Feel safe to have an eye exam during the pandemic.

Scheduled my appointment a week ago and was told that my insurance would cover the appointment. The day of my appointment I was told that my insurance can not be used. Now I have to wait an additional week to probably get an appointment somewhere else. I’m very disappointed and annoyed.
