Yep theyre trying to ripped me off for a frame that was not even brand for over $200 gtfoh

I went there to get glasses two months ago and still haven’t received them. I called up multiple times to ask where they are, and all I get is a run around from the optician Norman that “they are in transit”. I am very angry with him! I’ve tried to cancel my order for the frames so I can get somewhere else and he is telling me I can’t and won’t let me get a refund! I would not recommend getting glasses from him at all, don’t waist your time. He is a scammer!!!

This place is a rip off charging $146 to fit for contacts on top of paying for the eye exam then if you get a prescription for glasses 👓 you can’t get the distance needed to purchase glasses at another location! So you are virtually paying for an eye exam and can’t get the proper prescription for glasses! This has to be illegal do not waste your time with greedy doctors like this!!

Called this location for an estimate on lenses for a frame. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude. She said “this is a terrible time to call and ask me questions when I have a customer in front of me, you shouldn’t be calling here to ask questions”. I told her to have a good day and hung up.

Horrible experience at this office. Everyone seems to have an attitude. Techs have no patience or proper training skills. Customer service is also horrible over the phone.

Great place to go knowing that your in the care of knowledge doctors that care.

Please don’t confuse Dr.Gurlands office as Specs Opticals building is attached. Specs has an amazing team (man and a woman). They are kind, patient and know their styles.

This place is not capable to receive people during this time. It is closed.

This is worst place to take your children no patients with kids the front desk havethe worst attitude always putting you on hold when you call always having a problem with their system. Never again
