10/10I was given good advise how to keep my ears clean.Everyone who works there is great.

First time here today. The staff was very friendly. I had Swimmers Ear, went home with drops. Will come back for follow-up next week. Yes- I recommend this place. The Doctor mad me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic place !!! Had an emergency and they did not hestitate to get me an appointment. Doctors are amazing, incliuding Management , Donna and her staff, who are compassionate human beings. Once again THANK YOU.

Love this office, had a horrible mastoid infection 2 yrs ago which caused me to spend a few days in the hospital (I have a long history of ear issues) I had to do a follow up after discharge but had no insurance at the time & the staff were amazing by getting me still on for a final check up. Fast forward to now & my infection resurfaced & called them up & was seen as an emergency after a painful ER visit & again got me in quickly (this time I have insurance) now I just brought my little one in after like 8 sinus infections just this yr alone & he confirmed that there is an issue that her pediatrician obviously didnt catch on too...

I have been seeing Dr. Scharf and going to this practice for well over a decade. The wait can be lengthy when it is packed, but that is because the doctors take their time with their patients to make sure that whatever issue they have is taken care of. I have had issues with my ears, sinuses, as well as had a few surgeries performed by Dr. Scharf. I could not recommend a better ENT. You will be in good hands.

One star is a lot. They are so nasty. The dr. is nice but the staff is really really bad and that ruins everything.

Excellent cosmetic surgeon with great bedside manner ! Recommend without reservation. Dr Scharf has all the qualities you want in a physician.

Dr sharf is a good doctor however I waited over an hour and a half in the office for a yearly follow up and saw the doctors for approximately 3 minutes and was billed 175 for the visit. All he did was feal my nose and asked if it hurt I said some times and he said thats normal for a procedure like this. If your time and money are important to you then I would recomend you look else were.

WORST and I mean WORST experience I have ever had with staff. The office manager kim is a nasty, rude, miserable person. She has NO socail skills and a really bad attitude.

Do not go here. Staff is very nasty.

They are the worst. Customer assistance is horrible. Requested to speak to a doctor and wow the manager is so rude and unhelpful. Also i had an appointment and i was seen an 1:15 min later ....Dont recommend this place
