After surgery with him years ago. I woke up in pain, actually calling for more pain meds. I have a friends mom that worked for Rao. He had the audacity to go back to my friends mom and tell her he had cancer patients that dealt with pain better then me. This is a violation of my Hippa. Also a week after the surgery, I had an appointment at his office. I’m still in pain in a packed office waiting 90 minutes to see the doctor. Die yourself a favor and find another doctor. This was the worst experience of my life seeing this man. Don’t let it happen to you

I have been going to Dr. Rao for more than twenty years as his work has been of fine quality and a very good staff.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They took 2 people in front of us even when they came 30 minutes after we came. Excuse was, they had previous appointment. What a baloney... She had no concern, sympathy and never felt sorry about our plight. In fact, her attitude was , thats the way it is. Will never go and never recommend this doctor again.

Incompetent, no compassion- front desk not helpful. Dr. Rao is good and happy with his bedside manners, but the front desk ladies are just not helpful. Please learn some empathy especially when youre working in healthcare industry.

Dr Rao attended my issues of my Right kneed replacement and he very professional and very polite. The staff very.professional and cooperative.

Ho was horrible and rude. He need to take some classes how to take care of to older age patients. My parents had appointment but Dr, did not see , talk to them. He says something to nurse and she talk to my parents then my parents says something then she talk to Dr, so I think the nurse Was medal person. My parents first appointment was not great but my parents forget everything’s. I think I should let insurance people know this problem.

Dr Rao & Staff are awsm . So caring and comfortable .
