This office nickle and dimes your insurance and makes sure to leave parents with the highest out of pocket possible. They somehow find ways to add copay to well visit physical. They also require an office visit AKA a copay for a flu shot another visit that all insurance cover without a copay. However they bill for an office visit making the copay apply. So for 3 kids I paid 90 in copay use the insurance paid an additional 170 per child. The biller claims the office visit is necessary however the chose to be in network with insurance companies and know what. A Flu shot pays if they believe that a full work up is necessary it should be on them as they agreed and know what a flu shot pays. Not to mention it is not the first time my children are getting the flu shot. They also charge an office visit when you go back to have a second or repeat specimen when the doctor ask for it. These medical provides that are suppose to care about peoples health and helping patients, obviously only care about making the most money in out of pocket from parents and most out of insurance. Apparently they can not be happy with the normal insurance rules and only bill for the proper things for a well visit. Or just bill for a flu shot. As their contract they agreed to.

Ive been coming here since my kids were born. Before they were R.B.k. This is the new office. Yes they are more partners now , however over the years so much has improved. The staff, wait time. The doctors are great. Dr. Nick. Is wonderful.

I had to find a pediatrician for school vaccines and a physical. The current Dr. I had listed as my sons PCP told me they were booked until October. I had a day to get these vaccines. I changed the PCP to there and they took me that day. Ann at the desk was so helpful. She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. Dr. Scott was great. I could tell he truly cared about my sons well being. He diagnosed my 5 year old son with a heart murmur that no other Dr. had caught before! Im sure some people expect more than the staff can do for them as far as insurance and what not. They get angry when the staffs hands are tied and cannot perform miracles. Im guessing these are reasons why people give bad reviews. My experience was that they do whatever they can and more. That isnt always enough for some.

Hi,I like this place never had a problem till today I bring my 3 months old in and Dr who came to see him I love her she is very friendly and answer in detail when I ask something I never bother them with a lot of questions always its like in and out for a doctor. My baby eye is red and draining since he born they told me it will went away when he will be 3 months old he is close to be 4 months so I was concerned I asked her and she said she will give me an ointment but she didnt send anything to pharmacy when I were about to check out I asked them again so they call her and when she came she was totally somebody else she rolled her eyes and was super rude and said he doesnt have any infection so I wont give him anything thats perfectly fine with me but I was HURT with her behavior that is not professional at all....I will still go back there but will try to avoid her next time and will prefer other doctors on her....

The Dr was amazing, caring and thorough.i would high recommend this place in s heat beat. Everyone Ive needed them they were they to help is an emergency. I was able to get a same day a appointment with a problem.

I been going to RBK since I moved to Bayshore and love them. Never had any issue. Same day appointment and when it came to filling out paper work for school & daycare they fill them out quickly. All the doctor are professional.

I called for a questions in regards to my daughters prescription and i was put on hold- THEN transferred to an extension without any saying and got a voicemail-. i called again and they sent me to voicemail AGAIN. my daughter really needs the medicine... not processional at all, last time i go there. looking for a new doctor AS OF NOW- they really need to hire more professional staff.

I never have a problem getting my kids seen . so far my kids have always gotten the right treatment. We love all the doctors. Nurses are super friendly. My 6yr old loves coming in bc he knows hell get a sticker or a toy. I know that sometimes they are packed but come on its a pediatrics office where sick and well get seen. Not like some other pediatricians office that tell you their next available for a sick visit is next week . at least you know that here youll get to be seen even if it takes some wait. A hour wait is better than a week if your child is sick. Most places wont even care if ur child is sick they tell you if u think your child is really sick than take him to the ER . RBK pediatrics doesnt do that. They get you in the same day. No matter what. And I like that.

The doctors are the best, my daughter has been with them since she was 3 years old now she’s 16 and I never had a single problem.

The staff here at the front desk are too young and very unprofessional always with nasty attitudes as if they didn’t want to go in to work that day. And they are always talking about personal things. Some of the doctors are great some are not.

I could not find this address. GPS was taking to some different location.

I like the fact they open till late but sad my kids Doctor, Dr.Baba left the office. Overall the people here are really nice and good at explaining everything to you about your child.

The doctors have provided my son with excellent medical care and advice over the years.. They are my son’s favorite doctors.

Had me switch my insurance to list them as PCP, then once I did refused to see my son as a new patient because we are not up to date on vaccines. Guess they care more about insurance company kick backs then the health of a child.

I have been waiting in the exam room for about half hour now nurses are just chatting away about pictures and parties and whoever Mario is no one even came to check on us maybe they forgot it sounds like they are having a party I have been bringing my son here for 12 years now and never waited this long ever smh
