I moved from New Jersey to Bay Shore, NY and was dreading having to find all new doctors. I was so comfortable with all of my doctors (in NJ) and was not looking forward to the process of finding all new ones, especially a PCP. I am SO beyond happy to have found Dr. Kuchmak! She is so personable, caring, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I am so grateful to have found such a great primary care doctor less than a mile from my home! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Dr Kuchmak and her assistant Tina are extremely thorough and friendly. The office staff is very efficient. Appointment scheduling and virtually no wait time when you arrive. A+
