Dont waste your time here- go somewhere else! While Dr. Hiby herself is nice and (appears) knowledgeable, the staff is absolutely horrific! They are rude and unprofessional and certainly shouldnt be working in any customer facing position which requires an iota of customer service!The waiting room is always packed with people (even post pandemic) and the wait, with an appointment, has never been less than an hour.There are plenty of other places to choose from, do yourself a favor and find anyone else!

Ive been with Dr. Hiby for almost 7 years now. She is very knowledgeable & professional, & her staff are quick and attentive.Overall a great experience here at her office.

My in laws having been coming here for years. They were out of the country for almost a year and couldn’t come back sooner due to covid and once they returned , they went to see Dr. Hiby the next day after their return to get tested for covid and for their physical. Because the staff didn’t have their physical insurance card on file, they told my in laws they had to pay in order to be seen. My in laws had no money at the time and the staff and office manager esmeralda refused to see them. Now you would think in a time like this , in knowing how serious the covid pandemic is , they would want to care more for their patients and take precautions with those who traveled from another country. But unfortunately money seems to be more important at a time like this. Now I work for a doctors office myself and went to school as well as worked as a medical biller and when you really know how to do your job really well, you can easily find peoples insurance information without the physical card and verify that way. They could of just took the time to go the extra mile to help verify my in laws insurance instead of asking for payment and refusing them to be seen. My in laws are in their late 60’s and I feel like the staff just dismissed them without even trying to help and also asking the dr if she would be ok to see them. Many times I’ve had patients who had a balance and because of their medical condition, the dr would say it’s ok to see them as long as they work out a payment plan with the billing dept. If you’re a Doctor Who really cares about people, especially for those who have medical conditions and actually need to be seen because they take medication that they’re dependent on, they will take the time out to waive certain situations to help their patients instead of making a payment or money a priority. Very disappointed on how my in-laws were treated and it’s funny because I don’t have a PCP and I was looking for one and I was considering on actually coming to Dr. Hibys office for me and my family since my in-laws have been a patient of hers for a very long time but now I’m reconsidering on finding someone else because I wouldn’t want to be part of an office who doesn’t really care about their patients especially if it’s always all about money.

Absolutely the worst customer care shouldn’t even call them a business they have no idea how to speak to patients the rudest people around can’t believe this place is still in business.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction and experience i had with Dr. Hiby. Each and everyone of her staff including herself was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr. Hiby is really amazing and cares for her patients, she will listen to every single complaint you have without any rush nor interruptions. She took such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. She’s a very busy Dr. , but once you’re inside the examination room she will make you feel like you are the only patient there. The waiting was approximately 15 minutes long. She diagnosed me and cured me for what i have and for that I am beyond delightful with my experience with her and i will recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Hiby is an amazing doctor and very attentive to her patients. Unfortunately at this establishment, they have taken in a nurse practitioner Monica who in my opinion has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. She constantly cuts the patient off, scolds the patient for asking questions and I am not the only one who has experienced this. My parents have been going to Dr. Hiby’s office for years and they were very turned off by Monica’s behavior. I paid 75 dollars out of my own pocket(due to no insurance), just to scolded and cut off. All other staff are amazing and pleasant.

I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles.The wait was over 1 hour, but I am feeling much better. Dr.Hiby was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. The medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately. Her care is awesome!

Very nice staff, no other office will get you in on the same day. Dr. Hiby is amazing and very caring.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I changed them to my primary care physician, and what a mistake that was. I needed a form signed for an agility test, which consists of sit ups, push ups and a 1.5 mile run. They wouldn’t sign the form until I did a echocardiogram! I’m 27, work out 3-5 days a week, all my other labs and EKG came out good and they insisted they wouldn’t sign the form without this. Seems like they were just trying to make a few extra hundreds of dollars from my insurance. Never again. Went there once, went to a different doctor with all my labs and they signed the form right away. No echocardiogram needed.... the doctor was even unsure why they sent me for one to begin with. Don’t do it to yourself. Save yourself the aggravation. Going to see a doctor is already stressful enough, you don’t need the added stress by going to an incompetent place.

Terrible bedside manner by Monica Silva the PA. While in the past Ive recommended family and friends there.. her attitude and treatment was unpleasant, uncalled for and unprofessional and I wouldnt want anyone else to go through it.

This place is the worst, the workers are always in a horrible mood they say you have an appointment and then when you go they dont attend you and you dont get the results necesitan cambiar las secretarias que son amargadas

Have not had any issues getting an appointment when needed and the doctors have been great so far.

Had to give a bad review after being called in after having had blood work done and being implied that it was urgent only to be held in the waiting room for more than 30 mins just to be told everything is fine. Its not the first time it has occurred either.

I just called and had a nasty m.a try to answer a question and she was just plain rude, wouldnt even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off. This place has absolutely gone down hill.

They do not attend without appoinment even if one arrives very ill. Very bad attention I do not recommend it, they only attend patients who have already visited the first time, and if they do not attend to one as they will have a record of consultations. Pedantic employees

Very very bad !!! Wrong, my brother has no papers or insurance, he was going to pay for the consultation. the secretary came out well pedantic, told him that people like that did not attend and sent him home. That was this day in the morning, he had waited. That they would have! Very very upset because she is my head doctor but then NO.
