DR. RODRIGUEZ IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR!! Yes, sometimes there is a wait (which is to be EXPECTED at MOST doctors offices) He and (most of) his staff TRULY DO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to try to accommodate everyone. In fact, Ive NEVER felt like I was being rushed, Ive actually found it to be the EXACT OPPOSITE! He takes the TIME to REALLY LISTEN, and gives a THOROUGH examination...Honestly, Im NO fan of going to the doctor, but I feel VERY comfortable there. HE IS VERY KIND, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, and TRULY DOES CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS!. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE! I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Waited over 2 HOURS and he was not able to change packing for the wound. He is not professional .Dont waste your time

Very unprofessional office staff. Waited over an hour to only be rushed out of the examining room very poorly organized. The staff puts patients on speaker phone and i heard everything the person called about, including the name of the patient. HIPPA violation and a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff all speak Spanish which I feel is extremely rude since most people dont understand the language. The staff were all laughing and showing each other pictures on their cell phones, never once attending to the patients in the waiting area. People come to the doctors office because theyre either sick or have some kind of a problem. Doctors dont seem to realize that their staff is a reflection on them. Dr. Hernandez is a nice person, but should monitor his staff more closely. unfortunately I andmy family will be searching for another doctor.

Dr. Rodriguez has been the best doctor Ive met in my life, Ive followed wherever he goes as it has been for the past nine years my family doctor and I will not change it for anyone.
