I love this place! I have visited in several capacities... Consumer, Volunteer, Council Member, Meet the Candidates. Frequently I stop by the office without an appointment. It never fails to be a friendly environment filled with sincere, dedicated people! Independent Living is one of the few places that feel as welcoming as a great friends home. There are many smiles and always... How are you? If the answer isnt great the next question will always be.. How can we help? . With so many programs and and compassionate resourceful people... They are a great service to people with disabilities but they need more funding for everything they do for the people they try to help

Do Not go to these JOKERS. They dont have many outreach programs. No support group meetings.My specialist didnt even refer me to apprairate sources.Very hands off approach. No one follows up about anything..After 1yr+ with this agency I have made no progress with the goals I came in with.After having my case open with 3 different workers.David Dodge is useless as a worker.The agency as a whole is a waste of time and space.
