The aquatics staff is wonderful and have always been treated nicely by staff over the years. The locker rooms are another issue. Im nearly 62 and mobility impaired plus without a family locker room like ALL the modern facilities cant really bring grandsons. Hopefully they can remodel . We have to go out of the county making it difficult. That locker area seems like theres enough room to reconfigure. Honestly its such a deterrent and a shame as the YMCA is very important to community health

Child care, front desk and aquatics staff are great! Friendly, caring and trustworthy. Takes a lot off a parents mind having a great place like this to know your kids are having fun and being cared for so well.

Full service Y with pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and parking also. It is across the street, but not inconvient. Handicap spaces close to entrance.

The water in the pool is cold. The water in the showers is cold. The people at the front desk keep saying that the water is not cold. When I go in cold water, I go into a flare and it takes 2 to 4 days to recover.Staff needs to be trained on taking patrons seriously. Dont bother sending your fundraising letters to me. You do not take your patrons complaints seriously. Our complaints fall on deaf ears. I am done with the YMCA. Done.

This is a great facility! I had a me membership here for their gym. The gym was awesome with a wide variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. They have trainers on staff who are helpful and great people! There are racquetball courts and a swimming pool as well. Membership is on the expensive side, but there is a lot to offer.

My daughter goes there after school and loves it. Even on days of she asks to go. The staff she(and i) interact with seem professional yet still act warm and friendly towards the kids. Plus my daughter can swim once a week year round and she loves it

The Y has good equipment and facilities. It lacks in people. I have been ignored at the front desk, kicked off exercise machines when the executive director wants to use them, and watched a child drown in the pool. Perhaps things have changed in the years since Ive been there, but those experiences make it difficult to appreciate the place.

People are nice that work there. Locker rooms are very dated and need a major remodeling. Like the workout machines because they have tvs with cable on them.

The Y offers many classes and services for all ages, which is their biggest positive. There are many activities you can do here: pool, basketball, raquetball, weight room, etc.The biggest problems are 1) the building is a dump. The exterior and interior look awful and dated, very little in the locker room functions properly, rust everywhere... There is clearly little to no money put into upkeep of the building for patrons. 2) Prices. The classes themselves are not bad ($100 for 7 weeks of swimming, $45 for 5 weeks of tumbling) but the memberships are outrageous. Last I looked, one month is almost $100 which makes 1 year a thousand dollars ($1,000).For a nonprofit organization, that seems awfully steep. They have a program for lower income people to receive discounted memberships, but the least expensive option is $600. Its up to you to decide if the cost is worth it.

I came in here, dehydrated and asked if I could have a cup of tap water... they asked me to leave... rude... I will never buy a membership here... nor will I ever come here again.

The basketball court could use some upgrades. The floor effects the flowzells game. The weight room trainers are a tad aggressive when the flowzell enters the room. They are repeatedly inquiring if the flowzell has complied with the pre-workout orientation. The flowzell cant help but wonder if its racially motivated.
